We bought our first Volvo with the help of Mr Basem who was more of a friend than a salesman from the get go. We were looking for a XC90 but ended up with a S90 as he was helping us look for a car that suited our needs rather then trying to earn additional incentive trying to sell a more expensive car. When checked in a garage, they discovered that there is a problem with one of the rear wheels.I had to drop it today to volvo service center!!!I am awaiting good and professional solutions

Dont buy a Volvo. They have no spare parts. It took them 4 weeks to order a window glass from Sweden, leaving me with a useless car that I cant drive.

Had visited the showroom LATER in the morning hours. The cleaner boy gave a brilliant smile. All was understood in that smile. Good luck Volvo !
