Service only took a day. Our cars auto doors wont work, turns out it was the actuator they said, but it had to be pre-ordered and we couldnt wait for it,so now our cars serviced except the doors that we have to open manually.

Their customer service are sometimes busy so they will try to just finish your concerns with or without giving you a full feedback, always make sure to know and ask them many questions to be sure, car service is nice and they finish within good TAT.

7 customer counters, and only 2 are working. Ive been sitting for 45 min to give them my car for service . And actually that was my first time dealing with kia motors services. Thats will never happened again. Its a mistake I bought a kia car unfortunately.

Worst experience ever. They lost my registration card. The customer service is zero and the employees dont know how to work under pressure. I have long breath and always hold myself back before sharing my experience with them, however, last time was awful and couldnt be worse.

I hear his phone ring in his office and he does not leave even a second number with the security or leave the key. I went in a taxi and left the car for another day
