While taking my car for a service (minor maintenance), I got my car back and the A/C not cooling (compressor issue), car mat missing & some car bottoms broken. I reported the same to their Manager and he told me rudely “it’s not our problem, if you want us to fix all these issues will cost you around AED 15,000/-“. By the way my car was new and I was not facing any issue with the car.From that day I started dealing with Al Nabooda (Dubai) as their services are much better and professional.

It blows my mind that I would have to chase a sales rep to buy a Porsche, contacting him on a daily basis from my end and receiving zero correspondence from him, to the extent that yesterday I had to remind him of who I am! Hello, Im the person that wants to buy the Cayenne, remember me? Multiple promises of call-backs and updates, but till this day nothing yet.

These guys did a bait and switch on the car price. Overnight the car payment went up 350 AED. They wouldnt honor the price they gave me at the dealership on paper 24 hrs earlier. They called it a price mistake. Thats not how PORSCHE should do business. I dont deal with that kind of unprofessional behavior. Keep the car. Im going to BMW.

Some of the Salesemen should work for carrefour next door as they have no idea how to deal with luxurious customers! It’s Porsche for god’s sake not Hundai!

My experience with the service and maintenance center is very bad and there is always an argument for not fixing the holidays every time asking me to confirm filming a video of the problem as if they accuse you of lying and paid enormous sums without any benefit and when you speak with the official responsible answer you to his satisfaction and not what you really need the car and of course no one cares Including your complaintMy experience with the service center and maintenance is very bad and theyre always not fix the faults, every time they ask me for confirmation of filming regarding the problem as if they accuse you of lying ..and in same time paying huge amounts without any result ..and when you talk with the official responsible, answer you to his satisfaction and not what you really need for the car ..and of course not any One cares including your complaint

Sales officials are cooperative, response speed is high. I have visited the agency 4 times and nothing negative happened that makes me do not want to deal with them from my point of view and I am happy to experience the car without obstacles and with all comfort, which made me ask for one with the most accurate details and specifications that I want in the car, unlike many other exhibitions that are difficult For the person the simplest things upon request
