We visited showroom and really had an intention to buy Ford Edge. But for our surprise no one acknowledged, attended nor greeted. Rather they were sitting in their desk and chit chatting. Very poor service.

Not a great representative, I went to check out a car and the seller was just not welcoming, he didnt want to say anything about the car or even offer a test drive...So I went to Dubai instead.

The worst showroom and car dealer in the whole UAE, they tell, promise and they do nothing, they give me a NEW ford explorer, with scratches on the driver door, I initially refused to receive it, after arguing with the show room manager Mr Abdul kader for more than 1 hour, he promised to fix it, and they mentioned it in the papers, and told me anytime you go to the workshop they will do the needful, when i went to workshop the guy their told me you have to leave the car for 4:5 days because it needs full painting of the door, and advised me to postpone till i have any other job in the car to do both together, i did not have anything to be fixed for 2 years, i do regular services every 6 months, once i had another scratch from another car, i went to repair and asked to have my door fixed too as they promised, now the showroom refuse because there is another superficial scratch from the nearby car door opening in the parking, although they know that the full door painting needed.. this is fraud to me FORD company.The worst people to deal with.

As an agency for Ford we had a very good (rather excellent) experience and services from Premier Motors, but the Ford Edge that we purchased thorough Premier Motors is not to our satisfactions based on the specifications that were described to us prior to purchase. Ford Edge that we purchased is consuming fuel like anything and millage of 12 to 13 km/l even when we drove to Dubai is a dream for us. Within city? Dont ask me...even 6 to 7 km/l is never possible. AC is not at all good to the extent we had excellent AC in our Nissan Car before this. My main reason for writing this review is that now I am doubting about the leak tightness of Ford Edge supplied to us. In our all earlier cars we never had so much dust and fine particles entering our car, but in the Ford Edge that we have now so much fine dust particles are noticed often on hand rest, seat, foot rest, front board etc. Except automation part I am not at all recommending to go for the Ford Edge. Its all words, but reality of performance is totally different. I never had such dissatisfaction with my earlier cars of Hyundai and Nissan. My recent Nissan Altima was ultimate as compared to Ford Edge w.r.t. fuel, AC, Noise, comfort.
