Service level was very low, all staff seemed very passive, reception was empty, staff member to who I was suppose to meet didnt even bother to come and receive us though we called him twice and showed on exact time as scheduled appointment. He didnt even try to close deal with us, very disappointing attitude

Hello Hyundai teamSaturday 27 feb 11:45 amI was very excited to know about Hyundai cars and i come to Abu Dhabi showroom to finalise and buy a SUV cars. Wgen I enter the showroom nobody asks me if i want something. Despite that I was looping at the cars. No one assists me only 2 staff were busy the remaining prefered to look on their mobiles.I just left the showroom without any information about Hyundai cars.Showrooms of others cars were very helpful.Need to do something.no change in this showroom no body takes care of potential customers

Pathetic way of treating customers. I just entered the showroom (Abu Dhabi Mussafah) and they just got angry like why did I even entered as if I disturbed their loneliness. And from their behavior I feel they have their manager or some higher authority support so they are kind of expecting complaints from the customers on their behavior and knows they will be protected if customers do complain. Immediately I went to Honda near Mastaq bridge , Abu Dhabi and I realized the huge difference in terms of customer engagement. Honda they are real professionals and respects their customers which was completely absent in Hyundai Abu Dhabi guys.

A humble advice to the expat people thinking of visiting this hyundai showroom : please leave all your self respect at the doorstep before you enter...as you walk in, you will notice that staff are sitting at their desks checking through their phones and pretending you dont exist...they will walk right past you but will never offer any assistance or information regarding the cars you look into...its like they are paid to sit pretty....in terms of customer service, rating should go below zero...

I took my car for service. I was quoted aed 7500. Had to replace whole brake systems... took it for second opinion, they found NOTHING wrong with my brakes! 3 days later, been driving everywhere, and NIL PROBLEMS with my brakes! Be careful... some things in life can be repaired not just replaced!!!!!!

Friendly staff. Although I dont recommend Hyundai cars. If you have enough budget go for Honda or at least Toyota. Hyundai cars just if you thrilled about options with low price . Honda if you want a really a very good car on the road. I discovered this the hard way but purchasing Hyundai. Please note that test drive shall not show this issue. I learned that after months of using Hyundai.

Shocking to see Hyundai servicing does not provide tyre services like balancing and alignment. Its provided by Honda and Toyota.Hyundai does not have equipments for wheel alignment? Should we do the tyre services outside Hyundai authorized service stations?

Seriously no Hyundai Genesis 80 for test in Abu Dhabi??!!! And the customer service is really slow . Im not judging the whole Hyundai center but this is my experience .I’m seriously avoiding Hyundai at the moment.
