Excellent and quick service. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Service quality is very high and professional. Sales employees are very knowledgeable about the cars and can be very helpful with a lot of technical questions for those interested. Not so many different varieties and quantities ofvehicles to look at. Overall very good and definitely recommend.
I went to drop my car for service and the customer service is zero to rate they didn’t provide me with a drop off even and they said they can do nothing about it I even asked for the manager to solve it but nothing at all even it’s the worse service I wouldn’t advice anyone and it’s even my service A …abudhabi. Airport road branch .. and they r the sweetest when u want to buy a new car at first if there is a rating that is lower than a star I would give that

I would like to give less than 1 star but is not possible. Please if you have the chance to go to a different service centre please do it. My car went for service B today at 8:00 in the morning. They ask me if there was any issue with the car. My answer was that one of my tires was losing pressure constantly and required several visits to the petrol station to put some air. At 17:00 I was called to let me know that my car was ready for collection and that they had found the problem with the tyre: “it has a nail”. We cannot repair it…you have to change it and we don’t have tyres here. So basically, after 9 hours with the car, I had to collect it with the same problem I left it in the morning.This is not the kind of service you expect from a brand like “Mercedes benz”…you cannot return the car after 9 hours with an issue unsolved. If from the morning at 8:00 I tell you there is a problem with the tyres, and you don’t have them…you order them and try to provide a better service. They were simply useless. No replies, no explanations, no solutions….except: We can order the tyres now and you can bring the car AGAIN tomorrow. This is exactly what you should have done in the morning!!!Never again. Went to next ADNOC and changed the tyre in 30’…and by the way…they order the tyre from another place at the time I visited.
The only thing that sells here is the Mercedes brand. Daimler has worked hard to build upon the high standards that customer expects when buying cars with such a price tag.Sadly, the customer service lacks professionalism and respect to customers. Its taking down the brand name as seen by many reviews about people buying BMW or Porsche instead.We brought the new 2021 s-class but have been overall very disappointed with sales Team attitude. Time and time again theyve failed to deliver to their words and promises. The dishonest culture and inability to reflect on it will loose more sales for MB in years to come when EV revolution starts
I was looking for a new car. Me and my wife visited Mercedes yesterday, we did not have an appointment at that time. Unfortunately, the head of sales came to us and treat us like kids plays with his toys!! And ask one of his team to support us, as well he felt that we are wasting their time and he did not give us the attention that needed.On the same day, we went to BMW, and once we entered the showroom the people was so welcoming and the sales man offered his support and when we told him we need to have a look first he gave us the chance to see all BMW types.And at the end he gave us his advices and we bought BMW!My message is DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU HE/SHE MIGHT BE A CHANCE

Today we went to Mercedes Benz showroom at airport road in Abu Dhabi.My opinion1. Many sales consultants don’t think many customers very valuably - even they only had coffee and water except many customers. Staffs are customers in showroom. Very surprised and disappointed. They’re drinking coffee and water but many customers’re standing and looking without coffee, water and sales consultant. Strange and shocked, really.2.Please inform the many sales consultants about polite and kind manners.Luxurious car but poor and worst staffs’ mannersWhat a shame !It’s okay. I can understand it.As a porsche’s owner I am really happy now.I’ve never been treated that way in Porsche showroom.Of course many sales consultants can be different from one another.Benz cars are amazing but need many consultants’ nice manners.If so , many cars will be sold much better than now.Honestly I hope for many benz’s cunsultants to change their manners.For your development.Grace

We came my husband and I to look for CLA or GLE as a birthday gift .((((((was the worst experience eeeeeeever ))), I was impressed by the showroom size and the cars quality . At the entrance a big reception that serves for nothing .the receptionist didnt bother to say hi or even ask if we needed assistance as she was on her mobile speaking Tagalog .we continued browsing the showroom was full of sales people and no one litterly NO ONE came to talk us or ask us about our requirements we were wondering if there something wrong I payed a close attention that the sales team they analysis and categories you just by look .they judge the book by its cover so the people coming in with dish dash they run after them if you are wearing a jeans and sneakers you dont seem like a buyer to them.shame on all the Sales people who are clueless and worthless to them selves and to the company they representing .SHAME on you Gargash airport roadrepresentativess .Ps :we can ship the car from us just for the experience .
What is more lovely than Mercedes. It is the queen of cars. No car whatever expensive exceed Mercedes: it is the preferred car for royal people and VIPs. I was so much delighted to respond to the invitation to visit the show room and have a near touch with all the lovely classes that are available. The family members also enjoyed the visit.

I had a windshield replaced at EMC in 2017. Within 2 years, the full windshield is de-attached again. I would assume a wrong glue to be used, or poor workmanship, but I cant judge as Im not a mechanic. As per EMC its not under warranty. It makes sense that warranty is limited, but still Im wondering if its normal that a windshield has to be re-applied after 2 years. I cant imagine everyone to generally re-apply their windshield every 2 years.Service by phone is generally pretty bad. Many re-connections to different departments and no-one whos actually planning to help.On the other hand, their drive-in workshop is awesome and pretty streamlined. Be ready to pay for it though, quotes over the phone are normally already high, but actual prices appeared even higher in one case for me.Overall I think its pretty obvious Im not happy about EMC, except for the drive-in workshop concept.

This was a very disappointing experience. We came here to consider purchasing a GLE 500 but we were not acknowledged and no salesperson came to us or could even be seen. This is not acceptable for a fancy car dealership like Mercedes Benz.
Very bad quality with service for 63 cars when any 63 reach 45k they will change oil for gear and they mostly make mistakes and the gear can get damage because they don’t know how to do it very bad with update for they car condition if there is something they will not tell you that there is something with the car poor communication also
