Dear friends, never go this office to book ticket, book yourself self online.. they charge 60 aed service charge on top of ticket price. Still you want to go there.pay only by cash. Dont pay by card. Additional 20 dirham service fee for card payment.I paid 646.30 aed (mentioned on ticket copy) they charge me 730 aed. When I call and ask why this difference breakdown simple.646 rounded to 650+ 60 service fee +20 card payment fee. Total 730.Even I paid 84 aed as service charges still they didnt get me a bill for the payment. Also when they print the tickets only the first page will give. 60 aed service charge cant print the full ticket? Oh! they dont want us to see the payment details. Definitely they do this on purpose.Also if you want to use voucher directly message/email air India customer support and get pin to your email. I went there on a Friday to book flight using voucher, but they sent me back saying the supervisor is not working that day, only he has access to voucher pin. Had to go next day to use the voucher. Just now realised that if we have the voucher number and pin we can redeem it ourselves online while booking.So sad π’Regret....
Very bad customer service which doesnt even deserve a one star rating. Those who redeem vouchers please make sure to get a receipt for any extra payment as they say no need of any receipt and will later deny that you paid the amount. I had to let go around 300 aed only because they did not give any bill for my extra payment and vanished from their system. And there is no point in arguing as they stand against you as a team. Hopeless service.
All are supposed to stand outside the office and its a long queue and only one attending the queries in evening time and we supposed to maintain social distancing and in that small area its very hard to stand in low ventilation area.Hope they will take some action for this situation. TIA
Good service but it takes too much time so that you may be late for your next connecting flight. And in this pandemic situation the service are hoti satisfactory.You will feel like an indian. Inside flight the atmosphere is good in comparison to indigo and jet. Most importantly the timings may be changed because of some specific reasons.

Went to secure a ticket through Vande bharat mission as per the advertisement. But things are not moving on as per the advertisement. Embassy announced that ticket will be served on first come first serve basis. I went early morning and got token immediately. But they asked to give embassy registration number. But embassy is not giving any reference number after registration to anyone. Lot of influence is going on and a common man cannot secure a ticket. All are just for advertisement. Embassy and airindia is also playing politics.

AI and AI Express ticket counter staff behave is very bad. During this evacuation situation things are mess not going as per rules. Everything is going by as per the mental mood of the staff especially AI Express office Abudhabi Kahalidiya branch. Thousands of people are disapointed and they will never choose AI/ AI express flight in their life.. Most worst airlines in the world. I am indian but sorry to say like this

I booked ticket in airindia express before 3 months in one rate the same ticket price was got halfdown in after somedays. All peoples used to telling that whenever booking air ticket always booking before 2 or 3 months from departure date is cheap but in my experience it was totally different. Please any expert advise me on this i can use in future to avoid such a bad experiences.

Charges for ok to board status is slight high as 20 AED as other airline charge 15 AED. slow service and extra paper work. Though service staff was unable to explain but was cordial. There is scope for improvements. Anyway its national airline so 1 star extra.

The agent pickup phone in the second ring. As per them they dont have bus pickup to Dubai. But most of the airline provided shuttle bus between dubai airport and abu dhabi airport.

There is a web consumer hidden fee while booking online, this is displayed only at the last stage of charging after entering credit card details. Very disappointing; please note that there is nothing wrong in explicitly charging, feel free to disclose to customers!
