Indirect the flight services should be very friendlyNo proper organisation, dont try to sell products inside flights specially tea. Ladies should bit young and neat...and guys should be more flexible with passengers..need to improve lot of things...

Place is clean & neet office.but one sri lankan lady staff didnt give proper answer about flights.

Terrible Airlines, dont have bottled water and wont give you bottled water, you have to drink water from a tank in the aircraft and the water tastes weird and smells bad, the crew dont treat you well, and their seats are dirty.

The customer care person (An Indian lady) at Abu dhabi office was not interested to fulfill my queries. She just wanted to hang the phone ASAP. This is not a proper way to handle the customers. She didnt even a utter a greeting also.

I really dont impress with the Sri Lankan airlines but the gentleman who helped me to come out from my issue, is definitely a credit to the company. His name is Mr. Harish and the way he treats you will makes you feel that you are in safe hand. He went far beyond on his limits to help me out and I believe and recommend him for the next level without any doubt coz we customers need these kind of people who really passionate to help others..
