Bad experience, after booking confirmation more than a month ago they just canceled the flight suddenly without mentioning a reason. They spoiled my annual vacation plan
I have seen many people bought tickets from Oman air and later on flights has been cancelled , I had the same situation here and they said they will refund our money after one year, they dont have the right to hold our money we never agreed with such refund policy. I want to know what is the possible options we can do how we can access them since its not Dubai based airline company, If any one have information about this kindly revert to me. THANKS
This is an update. I got my money back on my credit card after 1 year.
My flight was cancelled because of COVID 19 and almost a year later I am still waiting for the refund. I sent them three emails after the 15 working days refund period has completed and they have not replied my email. I dont know what else can I do to get my money back. They are thieves!!
I would definitely not recommend flying with Oman Air. I was very disappointed by the service offered today. We booked someone to fly but the person was in a car accident and called to change the flight before the cut off time. However, the passenger only had a debit card and they refused to change the flight without a credit card. We then tried to call with a credit card but they then said that we were too late by 5 minutes or so as they had failed to record the earlier call on their system. They offered us what amounted paying almost the full price for a new ticket. We asked Shabusit, the customer service advisor, to speak to a manager but he said that no one would help us. Oman Air provide a very poor customer experience.

My friend keep on calling this no. But no one answer just wanted to confirm the luggage allowance for oman air. When he checked-in in the airport they say they have a promo for 50kg.. But he brought only 30kg. What a waste.
This is cheap Air line ,what to expect even not answering on phone.
So disappointing, you cant book online, no one will answer the phone and its so messy over there!

The worst airlines that you can ever imagine, they have no idea what they are doing, the staff are not professional at all, of course no email response and if you are lucky to get an answer by phone it would be useless.Worse than the heck of flying mafi, I don’t know why Lech was already open, if only in the evaluation of less than his star was given.
