This ugly pathetic airline and its useless staffs cannot solve an issue which happened by their fault for 2 months.Airline website and dubai Airport clearly said PCR test 72 hours from DEPARTURE time is acceptable but the airline staffs at check in counter in cairo airport refused my boarding insisting that it is 72 hours from ARRIVAL timeHow can you be so silly? Really?Lets say I fly to Brazil and transit hours.How can my PCT test 72 hours from Arrival time? Please get the point and use your brain.I showed them Gulf air website even.None even tried to see the proof and simply ignored and despised me.A manager called Ibrahim was main source of the problem.He said I know it is not your fault but I cannot lose my job by allowing you boardingI have lost words when I heard this.Female staffs sitting at the check in counter were super rude and uneducated. They were super UGLY people.I raised a problem to gulfair directly but none answered my phone and none replied to my email.I went to gulf air office in downtown cairo.Manager was absent (as usual) and a staff at the reception told me to send her email..NevinAs expected, none has replied for 2 months.this airline is nightmare. In my entire life, I have never seen such an ugly company.I used to fly with Emirates and I had to use this airline during Eid holidays due to unavailability of Emirates.Now I know why Emirates is the best.Not a single person working for this company tried to solve customers problem.GULF AIR is a disaster.At least try to immediate what Emirates is doing. You will be less pathetic than this.If any of you, gulfair, sees this review, contact me as my issue is not being solved and you people are ignoring me.You took my money for nothing by letting me stay more nights in cairo and pay for another PCR. Didnt you? Pay it to me. Compensate me. You shouldnt be this bad to your customers.

I purchased ticket from Abu Dhabi to Karachi. It had transit in Bahrain. After booking, below message was on website.___For passengers with a transit in Bahrain International Airport of more than 8 hours, you may be applicable for pre-arranged hotel accommodation, please contact our World Wide Call Center for more details.__After reading message, I called on call center, they said you can not stay in Behrain for more than 8 hours in transit. Now you have cancel this ticket. Less than 10 mins, now they are deducting 100$ on refund. Almost more than 50% of ticket price.Why website is selling long transit ticket when it is not allowed. This is really unfair.

I dont know why Gulf Airlines doesnt usually follow the scheduled flight timings, it is always late, always delayed, No time management. I flew 4 times and all my flights were delayed!!!

Very bad, the reservation was changed without providing alternatives, and on communication with them, they said, take back the reservation amount after they used the price of 5 tickets for more than a year
