Very bad experience on Philippine airlines office on Google office timing in 8:30 on office they have note we open at 9:30 even 9:30 staff not in the office cashier was so rude

How many times im trying to call dis telephone number of philippines airlines abudhabi branch but no one answer even last week 😡😡😡 if your branch close so please dont show here in google ur branch here is open

I was travelling form Manila to Dubai and extremely disappointed with the attitude of Cabin Crew Maria Nathalie Galam (name as per her badge). This lady walks in the aisle and hit you with her hips on on your shoulder while your seated and didnt even bother to apologize. I called her thrice for a drinking water request but ignored me and when I finally had another chance to request for a water she said wait! and never get back to you with your request. Such behaviour does represent the heart of the filipino. such manner should not be working in a service oriented profession. Highly Arrogant!

I don’t want to comment on their airlines as even my national airlines is also supposed to have such comments. But seriously, these people utilizes on their passengers inability to respond, or they really don’t even care. This much expensive for a this kind of carrier, truly disgusting. In that price you can easily get tickets from Etihad which is way above the standards compared to these. And you are going to have the feeling of being at home, once you are with Etihad flight team. You just want to be at home if you are in Philippine airlines😜
