I visited this place to by a new tickets for IST but it was little expensive for one passenger cost you 120 AED Without the ticket....!!

Nice and helpful staff. I went there and bought a multi flyer ticket and saved about 2000 AED. The waiting area furnished with comfortable chairs. I didnt spend much time in waiting. Parking always available just right on their doorstep.

Very easy to deal with

Horrible service, they take forever to attend their customer and when it is your turn after waiting more than an hour the agent want to give you only 5 minutes. The agent did not listen to my needs and did not solved my issue. Etihad even with the current covid outbreak does not give flexibility to cancel and refund not even flights to Italy. Other major carriers have already offer refund next time I would think twice before buying a ticket with etihad, next time I will choose well.

Keeping in mind the millions they make each day, having no one answering my 5 calls is something pity yet hilarious, along with their fake “homat al watan” discounts where they try to fool them customers by enforcing them to choose the more expensive type of ticket so they can apply that discount on meanwhile booking the tickets directly online is much cheaper, tried it personally 4 times 👌🏼 way to go Etihad Airways 👏🏼

As with everything involving Etihad, cost cutting has made this place disappointing.

I flew with them in economy class a few years ago and was really impressed. In March last year I was really excited by flying with them again this time in business, but I was very disappointed. The interior felt dated, The staff in business class were really not a tentative, and always had to ring them to get a service. I expected a lot more from the airline.

Useless ! Worst customer service ! no help for online booking or bookings with miles. Even in crisis period, they are not entitled to cancel our bookings !

Whats up with the queue system... they were handing out papers with written numbers on them... has etihad fallen so low? So 2 people go to boona trip... one sits the other has to stand? So like... its a must that just 1 person goes to book a trip? Atleast provide 2 seats per attendant so... people dont feel uncomfortable standing.Anyways... i expected more from etihad.

All good but recently since 14 of July they made seats no longer free. You have to pay for the seats in economy class :(

1. Once i entered, the person standing by the machine clicked “Arabic” but once i entered there was not even 1 person who speaks arabic on all counters.2. Once i entered, a very bad intense smell hit me.3. There were 3 employees on the counters and 1 was on her phone and other 2 were doing their job until it was a costumer’s turn who the 3rd emplyee knew so she got up from her desk and went over to the other counter to chat with the costumer. Therefore, there was only 1 active emplyee while the 2nd was chating with the 1st employee’s costumer and 3rd was on her phone.4. After Almost 30 mins waiting although there was only 3-4 costumers ahead of me, an employee comes from the back side and sits down on his desk and then it was my turn with him. He was very unhelpful and was not providing with full information or willing to.5. Etihad Airways is a very well known and respected Airlines company which represents more than itself.

I recently had an extremely bad experience with Etihad Airways. I cant judge how it is flying with them from their home base, but their service from Europe has gone down extremely. Lounges closed, no customer service, they redirect business class passengers to the call center because the local staff at check-in and gate can not even answer basic questions. Have done a bit of research, and it seems like I am not alone. Avoid flying with Etihad!
