I would like to share my horrible experience with Uzbekistan airways.I have travelled with my mother and 3 months old daughter from TAS-DXB on the 3rd of October, 2016During check in, I have approached ground staff- Jasur Pulatov and requested him if we could be seated together (with my mother). He has told me that seats have been already assigned and my mother will not be seated next to me. He has advised me that he can not change anything and for safety reasons I need to be seated next to another lady with an infant.I have kindly requested to assist me and find 2 seats for us next to each other. He refused and became very arrogant. My daughter has an American passport, he has insulted me by saying that: do you think if your daughter has an American passport you can request for an extra service? I also asked him to check for me if the first raw seats with leg rest were available, he told me that these are an emergency exit seats and infant is not allowed to seat there. Being cabin crew for the past 11 years, I know very well that first raw seats are seats with baby bassinets and there is no way these seats could be emergency raw seats. I have requested him to call for the supervisor, he has told me that he is a decision maker and no other person can change anything in the system. He then threw our passports and said that he will not check us in. I have travelled the world and have never ever met anyone more rude than him. We got an impression that he is either under drugs or alcohol. When I told him that I will be raising a complaint, he told me that he is not scared and showed me his ID card with spelling of his name.Also, while I was checking in, he was ignoring me and was asking one of his friends to buy him cigarettes from duty free.Different agent checked me and has given me seats in the AFT of the aircraft, knowing that I have a small baby and its challenging to move all the way to the back. To my surprise, half of the cabin was empty.At the boarding door, I have met HY representative and complained to him about Jasur Pulatov. He has told me that I am the second person to complain about his attitude.If so many people complain about him, why company doesnt take any action, why he speaks to us as if we are not humans?He has no right to insult the nationality.During the flight cabin crew were not smiling, lavatories were terribly dirty, call bells not answered .Dont fly Uzbekistan airways, they need centuries to become at least a 3 star airline.
