Good customer service. The only problem is finding parking in the surroundings at rush hours.

Only these above labs are available for test, they dont have big labs in list like shaoukat khanam

They dealt with my requests professionally at the ticketing office and also at the call centre which was highly impressive.However, in regards to changing tickets or cancellation not sure why customers are required to drive into the city for card verification. I drove 80km for a 5 minute transaction. Please revise this policy as it does not only cost the customer financially but also causes major inconvenience.

Well i dont agree with negative reviews for it, its almost 5 years Im using this office for my bookings I personally never faced any challenge and staff is very welcoming and helpful with their efficient service.Matter of fact is Im going again in few minutes to book a ticket for my friend in this office. 😊😊😊😊

Bad customer service, however they are one of the two economical options to Pakistan so lack of choice hurts consumers.

This is a travel agency office. Agency name is Al Toufan Travel and Tours LCC,. They are the sales agent for Airblue.Airblue currently offers cheapest tickets to/from Pakistan as compared to Shaheen/PIA/Etihad/Emirates.However, several times they have cancelled the flights for operational reasons, which is a hassle for the passengers. It happened with me 3 times over the period of ~10 years, its not frequent - however when it happens then its possible that you may or may not be informed - I found out on the last minute at the airport that the flight has been cancelled. In such cases the flights are re-booked free of charge but that may cause visa issues for some people. I guess thats the price you pay for the cheap tickets.Ignoring the above rant, its a good airline to fly with, no other complaints.

ALL THEY DO IS JUST PLAYING WITH THEIR MOBILES OR EATING.I WISH I COULD GIVE MILLIONS OF DISLIKES AND SURELY WILL CONTACT AIRBLUE MANAGEMENT TO BE AWARE OF THIS.MOST OF THE TIME EITHER THEY ARE BUSY ON THEIR MOBILE PHONES CHATTING WITH THEIR BOYFRIENDS OR WATCHING YOUTUBEAND WHAT MAKES IT EVEN MORE WORST THAT THEY WILL IGNIRE YOU THE WAY THAT THEY JUST DONT CARESO PATHETIC.......
