I sent my courier boxes on Nov 5th 2020. 5 boxes for 110 Kg, Till now have not received the boxes. I have also called up nearly a 100 times. Either there is no response or they keep saying it is at Hydrabad in customs. During April 2021 they told me that due to customs problem, the boxes have come back to dubai & I should pay extra 2.5 dhs for each Kg, to resend it back to india. I also paid it. But still no response now. Have tried calling multiple times now. We have spent money & so much time in buying these. How can they be so careless?? Really Very very bad service.Waybill- 222456

It has been over 170 days and still our cargo has not been delivered.the Sharjah rolls cargo office has been sealed because of bad reviews hence we can’t complaint against it. We had 11 boxes sent and has important stuff in them.Take serious responsibility on our cargo

First of all u guys doesnt even have the right to get one star..I am from Umm Al Quwain and had sent a cargo on November 15 th and now its may 18th now it almost have been 6 months and still has not recieved any replies.. every time when I contacted the agency every time they tell it has some issue with customs then they kept saying they havent sent the goods. Yet....first of all u guys need to confirm your agency details its full fake even the provided contact no doesnt work properly..I demand to get a reply.. alteast u guys pls provide me details wether u have atlest sent or dispatched the goods from UAE or is that too a lie...I have sent goods worth more than 25000 AED and the cargo expense of almost 27800 AED..SO IN total of 8800.. really disappointed.....Now they keep saying Their manager named Sunil has gone to India for clearing the consignment. They kept saying this to me for almost 3 months..This company itself is a big fraud... Guys pls dont sent through this cargo service..sent it on your own risk.......

I send two shipment in October 2020 still I didnt receive they are fraud there rolla office is sealed but they have another office in industrial 17 sharjah there pickup (vehicle) also moving. Hi Guys,Do you have any update on the parcels sent. ? I am yet to revive the cargo sent 9 months back. I have filed a case in Sharjah court though Tas Heel.Very Bad service. I had send a cargo in 15th October. Yet to deliver, almost 6 months now. No proper response from the personals. Finally I visited their office in Rolla Sharjah and found the shop is sealed by Sharjah Economic Department due to various complaints from customers. I too lodge the complaint with Sharjah Economic department. Guys lets make a group and claim for our losses. Friends, Do you have their Registration number with Sharjah Economic Department (SED)as this needed for lodging the complaint. One I found from SED frond was expired in 2019. It seems they were cheating the customers since 2019.

Update on 2nd March 2021: Now 5 months over... No Response... No Call Picking... No office Open... Did the escape from UAE?4 Months over now...(25 September 2020 - 27 January 2021) No proper reply when the cargo will reach my home or clear customs from Delhi . When we call and inquire about our cargo the manager and staff of 123Cargo Sharjah making fun of us. They are not professional. They dont know how to speak with frustrated customers.MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO EVERY ONE .... PLS... PLS... PLS... DONT GO BEHIND THIS CARGO SERVICE ANY MORE... THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PATIENCE, PEACE AND MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.The only one worst cargo service I ever seen in my experience. Till now 97 days over my 8 boxes in one shipment is waiting for customs clearance in Delhi now from 5th November 2020 (about 55 days for customs clearance). Boxes were well packed on 25th September 2020 and picked from me and in the first follow-up after 45 days I came to that the items were sent from UAE on 25th October 2020 (After one month). No proper response from the staff. If your calls were picked up by their staff then you may have luck on that day. Even after too many follow-ups they gave some 3rd party agents number in Delhi (They wont have any responsibility on the value or sentiments on our items) and we need to call and ask to them. But they will not respond properly to us since they doesnt have any responsibility to answer us. I dont know how long again it will take to clear the customs at Delhi and reach the destination.

It’s almost 8 months that we have not got our cargo !!! It was booked on 20th June 2020 and when I calling them no one is picking up the phone now. Neither on landline nor on mobile. I have total 6 boxes, 4 of them was received 4 months ago and 2 of them still remaining. The remaining one was contained very valuable materials; they are always giving some false dates. Very poor customer service and cargo delivery, due to the bad experiences we faced. We received the cargo after 85 days , that also after continuous follow-ups. Most of the time, they never picked the call and gave false dates. Mr. Ratheesh whom we used to coordinate had answered the call only twice irrespective of our en number of calls and failed to provide a proper response. When the cargo items was opened we found it damaged , photos attached down and we have sent an email also within 7 days as per the terms regarding the damaged items. But there is no reply to email and Mr.Ratheesh does not pick the call. If they are not able to deliver the goods properly then why take commitment. This shows lack of professionalism. We are cheated and we warn others against use of this cargo. Poor service, unprofessional with lack of commitment , response and attitude.

Airway bill number 219889.Sent the cargo from dubai on 19th Oct. Was supposed to reach in 30 days. Its now been more than 120 days and no update yet. They hardly pick the call amd when they do, its always stuck in customs.I am going to the consumer forum and also filing a complaint with the local cops as this seems like a fraud company to me.Asad.

There were total three pieces in this shipment. 2 were delivered within 2 months. The remaining one was a toy car, as per them its still under custom clearance. No clue of my shipment. Worst service 123 CargoI have sent a SEA cargo from sharjah on October 29th 2020, which is supposed to reach Bihar within 30 to 45 days maximum is what 123 cargo promised me. But till date I havent received my goods.. Its been 95 days today February 1st 2021, Whenever we call and check, they say that they face some issue with the customs, but they themselves did not update us about the status. Hope they contact us ASAP with latest update. Track No 222183.

Worst experience with 123 cargo Sharjah.It took 6 months to get my goods delivered and that too all unbox. I had booked a container worth spending 4200 Aed and it was a nightmare dealing with the people working there, they further handover to third party who are not even bothered of once personal goods and does shipment with no proper goods tracking. I received my cargo all open and damaged after several follow ups in 3 months time with all things soaked up water and leaving my half things missing. What I expected was the same container box would be deliver back home in India which was promised to me by a service Guy lalji but no it was all opened and half of my things were missing. Very little I knew was some main big things which I could recollect and try to follow up with them, they later assured me all balance things will be sent and yes it took another 3 months for the goods which were lying in india to get delivered and all a reason they had to give me was sorry sir it was a new supplier which messed up things. I strongly suggest not to book any of your shipment though 123 cargo Sharjah. Think before you book. But all thanks to only one guy Ratheesh who was constantly following up and had a courtesy to reply back. But what to do even his hands were tight bcoz I guess the operations they run in very poor manner. All of us send things expecting them to reach on time but if you had to get such service better try alternative way.

123 CARGO IS FRAUD....please be careful Not at all a good experience 123 cargo they do not respond you, your cargo stucks with them for months, its been 5 months that my cargo was shipped through them and still not reached my destination, from the last 2 months they are only saying the shipment is stuck in customs, god know when my cargo will reach my destination, i am tired of following up with them, i highly dont reccoment 123 cargo to anyone.

They dont deserve half star. Such a bad response from this company. Now 62 says no news on my material so far. No one responding over the phone and whenever visited their Rolla office, it was closed.Are they stll exists???? Its been 60 days we have sent a parcel to india. Last 2 weeks , we I have been following up . They tell you to call back tomorrow everytime you call them , they themselves are clueless where the package is . Unprofessional set up. Pls be aware .Update on 4th oct : After continuous follow up for 1 week , these bafoons have delivered only partial shipment . How unorganised and unprofessional such companies work.Update on 11th of Nov : They have not delivered the partial shipment until date , now they say that they do not have details of its whereabouts. Their staffs are so unapologetic, arrogant & untrained, I wonder how they survive in this competitive world. Such fraudulent and unethical business should not be encouraged.

VERY POOR SERVICES.Sharjah 123 cargo office.THEY STOLE MY VALUABLE PARCEL. FIRSTLY THEY DIDNT DELIVER IT AND THEN MADE UP LIES AND FINALLY SAID THEY LOST IT. Dear Friends,This is an information regarding 123 cargo.They are the number one waste cargo service in UAE.123 means 123 days of minimum requirements for your item to be received if you are lucky otherwise forget it your itemwas sent to space and will never come back.They have some mafia who will steal from you and sell it in outside in India.They will take one box from each persons item and they will sell outside in India.This same thing happened to me.So this is an alarm concerning this cargo.

I am so happy say that my things I sent to Delhi reached in time and safe. The service was very good very professional. The things were well packed. Since i had some bad experience with other cargoes. The deal was a nightmare. stay clearElaborating my review as requested. No one is in charge there. And instead of asking me to elaborate please check your records on the committed date of delivery vs actual date of delivery. Destination was Jabalpur and the name is the same. Please update your review response.For all Potential customers- if you want to get your international cargo delivered in the industry standard times, do not use them. It took me multiple visits and several of their Lunch breaks to know the status of my consignment. Their answer was pretty straight forward I dont know sir and thats the most I can doAs for your response, the location is same and the contact number is what I reached your office the first time. If you however insist, I can share pictures of the invoice and all other contact numbers I saved during the fiasco.

Pls be aware Guys.I had very bad experience with 123 Cargo in customer support after shipment .when i used there service to ship my household things to India in 2016. As per their norms shipment by sea will take 3 months. But it took 5 1/2 months. I received my package damaged and 40% of my things inside are missing or stolen.When I raised a complaint they didnt take any action and not even compensation for lost things.As I left the UAE for good. I couldnt take action on them.

I availed the services of 123Cargo to ship my households from Dubai to Coimbatore. All my items ( including glass items) reached safely without any damage. Thanks to the packing team at UAE ( Jinu/Jinesh and his team). At Cochin, Mr Shammas took care of the process and neat service. Only hardship was, unloading the boxes at my residence. If they can arrange the manning at major cities, it will help us. As labours are charging huge amount for unloading. Charges also competitive with market. I am happy with 123Cargo services.

Cheats. One carton containing items worth aed3000 was stolen at Delhi and never delivered to me. I received aed1000 as compensation.
