Ive been dealing with the company for couple of years, shipping personal and trading goods.They were fine, despite the careless handling staff so I managed to keep myself close for packing and organizing my goods before dispatch.Recently, Ive noticed that they always have lack of information and a lot of lies, prices of shipping are up and down, staff are not professional at all and they dont respect time announced.I had to return a package from their warehouse last week due to delays and request from a staff he said they cant ship it after they collect it and paid full amount in advance.Obviously they didnt like my decision and the treatment changed 360° against loyal customer!They were simply shouting at me and hitting the package and kicked me out the warehouse.I lodged a complaint to their manager, whom thankfully answered me and said they denied what happened and asked me to come back again to negotiate.I simply requested him to check the cameras to see what happened inside the warehouse while he wasnt there and see whos lying.All in all, I wont recommend them.

DAHLA is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE shipping company as per to my latest experience with them. Completely unprofessional and will lie to you about everything. They are cheaper than other companies and you will receive what you pay for - cheap service!I handed over our packed shipment and paid the full amount requested and still my shipment took 3 months from Dubai to Khartoum. My shipment never left Dubai for over a month despite the lies I was getting from their employees over the phone...until they stopped responding!I would not recommend DAHLA to my worst enemies and I would not ship even a shoe with them.
