I attended a 16 hours course on Advanced Excel from Zabeel Institute and found it to be exceptionally good and useful for my complex requirements in day to day work . The course is well structured and coaching was on a one to one basis.A special word of mention for my coach Mr.Arif Jamal whose knowledge on the subject simply amazed me along with his ability to corelate the lessons with work specific situations. His efforts and tutoring style made the learning journey worthwhile.

This is the first time I have attended a Supply Chain course. I am thankful to Zabeel institute and Sir Faizal for providing me with an good learning experience. It was very effective and therefore I would definitely be interested in attending other classes in the same format. Zabeel Institute is a very good option if are you are looking for a career development training program. I have recently completed my CLSCMP training at Zabeel International Institute Sharjah and it was extremely satisfying. Classes with Mr. Faisal Rahiman has been so worthwhile. Took a Java course in June 2018, here is my review for that. The trainers and management may have changed and improved in the last 3 years but check the following if you can things before you join:From a CS student for taking Java Programming course before university started. Instructors seemed unprofessional and did not seem interested in teaching concepts. There was no push in studying and it felt one sided. Course completion certificate costs AED 50, the trainer used to be late and PCs would sometimes not work.UPDATE:Manager had called me and said that their staff has changed to that of 2018. They value Quality a lot now.

Very bad experience...only money oriented person ... they didn t care about what we learned and what the trainer taught, only they need money... very worst behaviour.. i will not recommend this institute to anyoneThey gave me the list of topics before joining the course, they said that list will teach by the trainer ... but the trainer taught only 25% of the list.. finally they said 18 hours are over... so for further topics need to pay the amount...I raised the question but they don t have any clear explanation for this..Don t trust this institute those who are new...Its really a honest review about this institute ... don t waste your money... don t be fooled

It has been a great experience taking my Certified Logistics and Supply Chain Management Professional (CLSMP) course at Zabeel Institute of management Sharjah Branch with course instructor Mr. Faisal Rahiman. The course syllabus had great content and my course instructor was very elaborate and explaining along with very useful & easy understandable examples. This met my expectations. I do highly recommend Zabeel for your professional courses.

This is to zabeel management. I regret joining your institute & relying on managements false promises of providing quality training for IELTS. Not only you people failed in scheduling regular classes nor proper training.You people might be thinking that students will remain quiet & they will let go all their concerns.I dont know about other student whether they want to speak up or not. But for me i dont usually indulge in the group for any comments ,i was calmly watching what the trainer & management will come up regarding the restarting of classes but enough is enough of this nonsense. I am a qualified working professional & i know how to get my concerns addressed.Now coming to the most important part the IELTS Training , it is totally worthless & not as per british council standards.Moreover the choice of our trainer was disappointing & not a right person for IELTS training.Have the management forget that we paid nearly 1000 dhs for each candidate & you give us this level of training. Really shameful !!!. I will surely report this to the british council & also in my all reviews

I am happy to share my experience with Zabeel international Institute for Management and Technology. I took Auto cad training with Mr. Abin and he had given me a good peice of knowledge and the classes were very much interesting and worthy.The price was reasonable. The sessions with the trainer and the classes provide me lots of information regarding drawings and how to search and get a job with the certificates.

I had a very bad experience with this institute, I will explain it below as points:1) Before I payed the full cost amount we agreed to have the course face to face but after three classes the instructor used COVID-19 as an excuse and transfer the course to an online course!!!.2) The instructor skipped a lot of classes using always the same reason (not feeling well) making the course from a one month period to a two months period!!!.3) Asked the institute supervisor (Bhattacharya) many times to change my instructor but with no value!!4) Their prices are higher than the other institutes.5) They asked me to pay 52.5 AED to get the completion certificate (not attested) though I payed 2412 AED for the course (green belt six sigma) ,while the certificate is free at other institutes!!!!.6) The institute supervisor (Bhattacharya) sent me the completion form on WhatsApp as a picture asking me to fill it (very unprofessional)!!!!.7) A lot of the course slides are not clear!.8) The instructor is very unprofessional (Sangeetha) and again I asked many times to replace her but still no replacement!!!.Zabeel International Instituteis is very unrecommended.

I have completed my Airport operations course from Zabeel. The teaching and infrastructure was good. They were so helpful that I cleared it on my first go.

Had a bad experience. A staff member convinced me to pay the registration fees. He assured me that if anything happened, they would reimburse the fee. When tough times happened during Covid, they refused to reimburse it saying their policy says otherwise. Don’t allow yourself to be forced, manipulated, coerced to pay the registration fees. They’re just trying to make money. Very unprofessional.

I was planning to join for a CMA course and as per their sharjah team they would start the course on Mar 19th so pls register before february 25th to confirm admission. I registered with AED 525/- and they confirmed they will update regarding the classes. Since I didnt receive any calls or messages until mar 21st I contacted them for which I got a reply that they are closed due to covid and will update once they start. I started facing financial crisis as most of the employees were on unpaid leave and i immediately contacted the person and explained my situation that i would not bel able to persue the course and since i have not even taken a single class kindly reimburse my paid advance. He told no problem I will help you kindly wait until the institute is open. Once the institute was open another Guy called and told pls do the online classes , for which I replied i have already informed that i wont be able to do the classes, but he was forcing me and telling there is no refund policy so u have to do the classes. Finally even though i requested for a refund explaining my situation, zabeel institute doesnt care to refund the advance. Is there any organisation who takes money from others for the service which they havent provided. Being an educational institute kindly do not loot money from students, pls earn money by providing good service not by forcing or balckmailing the students to take the courses. THose who are planning to take courses with Zabeel please think properly and make a decision.

He has taken the classes on a regular schedule as per my convenience time in excellent manner .
