I had given my Dyson vacuum for replacing the battery. Sharjah branch is only for transferring the items to Jebel Ali branch, the process is slow and it took a week for the service. Battery was replaced and whole vacuum was cleaned very well. Overall, it’s good service and they only need to improve the service time.

My laptop was within their salamah warranty and i did not receive a replacement for two months now and when they gave me a replacement it was less than the specs of my original laptop.They ignored me and I had to file a complaint to consumer protection... this should not be allowed in the UAE !

Excellent. I wanted to give my Sony camera for repairs but they suggested to buy a new one instead as they checked my camera needed new complete lens set which would be more expensive. Thanks.
