Shocking ! My laptop wasnt charging and I walked in to the Sahara center Istyle and the technician attitude was so casual. Zero smiles zero service attitude. My laptop issue was I needed a new charging cable and I asked him can you check if charging with your new cable and adaptor he went back and came out and said yes its charging but once you take it out the laptop closes !!! He was lying to me as I went home and now charging with a new cable. So moral of the story u cant trust anyone

Apple has always had excellent technology products from the iPod to the MacBook computer. Easy to setup and use most all products with great customer service at your centre in the mall definitely recommend Mr. Thomas who has a sound knowledge of Apple systems, its connectivities and was keen to advise us on the right product to purchase. Have recomended to couple of colleagues and friends!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ISTYLE SAHARA CENTER. Worst experience. I bought an iPhone 12 pro max from istyle SAHAHRA CENTER I found a defect in the piece. The face id is able to open from me even though my face id is NOT SAVED. so to inform this problem to istyle I called them. I have been trying to called them from more than 2 weeks and no one is picking. I informed the management and they told that SEVERAL customers are complaining about them because they are picking the call. I live far from the mall so I can not visit the mall. Also when I visited there, the staff was very rude they didnt care of the customer. I SUGGEST dont buy from ISTYLE SAHAHRA CENTER. because they send defected and fake piece of expensive phones, they dont respond if any problem, and they are very rude

I bought an iMac from iSTYLE in 2018. I didnt know much about the specs. I asked the customer services individual to give me the most powerful iMac, Apple sells.iSTYLE staff misled me and sold me a late 2015 model iMAC stating that it was a 2017 latest iMAC.I had no idea how to check and of course assumed that a place like iSTYLE would never mislead a customer.Since I discovered that they misled me, I spoke to their representative. The representative agreed that it should have never happened but also said that there is nothing iSTYLE will do about it.further they said that If I want to get the model that I initially wanted to buy, I will have to give another AED 5,000/- and return the iMac that they initially sold me.This brings my total to AED 8,100 + AED 5,000 = AED 13,000/- for a device that worth AED 7,559/- on the Apple Store.I have attached the pictures of the products with this review.I guess iSTYLE team figured out that I dont know much about technology and they sold me an older model for more money than the newer models.They simply cheated their customer who trusted them. My advice is to always go to Apple Store. NEVER TO iSTYLE.

They say a lot of false saying and will put you in a trap. Please don’t buy here. I had got trapped here and lost a huge amount discount (Student) later realized after purchase.Please just don’t buy here, You have a choice.

Went to get my laptop repaired today under the display backlight service program after having a conversation with Apple online customer service. The service agent at the store was completely unhelpful and refused to repair the laptop without even doing any diagnosis! He simply looked at the laptop and said a small crack in it (from 2018) is the reason why they cant change my display. Poor service like this is the reason why everyone ends up going directly to Apple stores.

Not professional and they provide wrong information on repairing the phone in order to make you sell your phone.(My Iphone 8 Plus had damage in the port charging and there feedback was your phone cant be repaired and we we can sell your phone in 300 AED, which the cost of the Iphone 8 Plus - 265 GB is almost 4000 AED)Cut the story short I repaired the Phone in 300 AED (supplier provided by Apple)and its functional again.
