Horrible service at axiom mega mall the staff Ala is so Ill mannered and has zero customer service etiquettes. Ive been visiting axiom since 3 weeks to replace my IPhone wire bought from there which is sparking and Im getting shocks from it and I havent got any update yet. Today there were fumes that came from the wire which damaged my phone and switch board.

I bought A71 from their outlet, 2nd day a pixel missing started in top corner. after 15 days voice missing issue started. the phone is out of use. unfortunately I bought a repaired phone on price of new. bcz there is no exchange policy.

Employees are group of cheaters, want you only to pay money and will not deliver the items . They are ready to do any thing to let you pay with promises once you pay they will till you sorry, cant deliver today

I am really not happy with the service of this shop about screen protector i fixed it from there and it has some problems there was some bubbles i complained on the next day and it has been 2 weeks now they dont even care that customer is not happy they always inform me they dont have stock and they dont care customer is calling them everyday. atleast they can arrange for us from other axiom shop or they can recommend us to other shop. i love axiom i always purchase from axiom but this time i am really disappointed from there service

This is the worst shop to buy a smart phone.last week I bought Nokia 8.1 and now the display is flickering without any reason.these guys pushed me to buy a Nokia by providing the review of the phone as the best .The salesman who sales the phone might have received an award as the best performer of the shop.Deeply sad on the experience which I had and at the end I have lost my money.
