If about the staff, they do really great job, shows patience to solve all your queries or worries. Highly recommended.And for the Company, they are just another old cliche, someone created some policies, and never went for a periodic reviews as per the market conditions, and the employees are forced to follow it blindly, at the end you may end up with a no solution status. Very hard bitter experience with the company policies and technical restrictions which are way too illogical.

The company deducted 5 dirhams per day from my balance to subscribe to a daily data service, and I did not subscribe to it. I went to the branches 3 times, and the problem did not solve me. When I went for the fourth time to the Mega Mall branch, I solved the problem and canceled the subscription after losing 70 dirhams of my balance. I lost my will and when I filed a complaint By returning the amount to me, they said, “We regret that you will be compensated.. What is my fault?? I did not subscribe to this package. You were the ones who deducted from my balance for 14 days, and every day I sent a message to unsubscribe and did not cancel it.. Why this scam???”
