Completely screwed up my NOTE 5 Phone while changing battery and then to patch up the mistake told me to bring to them when I want to sell. When I went them to sell, they are telling me you do I want to sell and rather use it. I said I want to sell n they telling me that the condition isnt good so they cant buy and gave me a price where I would just walk off, and I did the same.Completely disaster and a very very non professional approach.Would advise no one to step in.SAMSUNG Should take that huge SAMSUNG signboard back which has been given to them, its just coz of that signboard people like us are fooled and we step in these kind of FAKE Shops.
