I went there looking for printer ink and they have it. The place is small with not many options available.

They are very bad. They sell used laptops in the name of display units and later refrain from accepting the same.They sold me a 15 month old laptop stating it was a display unit and charged the price of almost a new unit. This fact was disclosed when the laptop stopped working and I took it to the service center.Whenever buying any display unit item, please check the warranty status on the manufacturer website. I was a loyal customer of Jumbo from the past 2 years but after this act, I have lost all hope on them.

All these years my mind was set that Jumbo doesnt have much options, promotes only their principal brand and overpriced. I came to know my prejudice was completely wrong when I visited their Sahara center branch to purchase mobile phone. It was one among the best price and lot of freebies. And the good thing is customer service they are not the merchandise any particular brand but shares their product knowledge and makes customer aware about it.

Do you want to loose your money?, get your order extremely late if ever? waste your time on calling not-reliable customer service officers ? ... If so, then order from any Jumbo store online ... the worst experience in my life ...

Jumbo is a good brand for electronics..they have what you need as electronics..but cannot really compete with services of Sharaf DG.

Very Bad experience with their service and for warranty claims...Not recommended.
