İ love this shop. İn my opinion, it is the best electronic shop in UAE. They have everything you may need or hear about in the electronics world.They have branches in too many different cities and malls. Their prices are fairly cheaper than other shops but not online. Thus, if you go to their website, you can buy online for even cheaper than the shop its slef.

This store requires enough stock to cater the customer needs you can see the emptiness in the showroom when you enter the store to buy electronic goods

The store is good, but if you ask for the employees help you will be taken to oppo or vivo phones and will explain the pros of oppo or vivo phones. Its like they are trying to boost their sales in oppo. Their was a incident where a guy was making us to buy oppo phone, while told him we where going for Xiaomi he sold that the product was out of stock and will take time to bring from other store (like 3 days because of holidays). But when we enquired with another guy he said it was available. So some sales persons are making their customers go way.

They literally saying different when come to sale and service. I bought the two TV and during sales they told within 7 days if there is any issue they will replace. I bring faulty TV after 3 days and they say it need be send to service center to repaired. so they are not consistent to their wordsI sent an email as per below and let me see what..today is the third day Waiting for their call but no luck.still waiting for my ticket to be resolved after 7 days , today i visit and saw the TV in exactly the same place i keep. the service they are providing is worst ,All the staff are liar there.

Sharjah Sharaf DG Mega Mall is very good sales & promotion and good quality item their selling,but their costumer care support very bad, 12 days before i gave my mobile for warranty claim, they tell me to send for checking after 12 day i didnt receive any call or msg from their side after i call their call center they dont have any information about my mobile and they give 2 contact number that also not answering my call, one number still not working.

Had visited the sharaf dg store in the mega mall on monday 15th February for getting an iphone 12 pro max 128 gb pacific blueThey had stock for itIn the start the staff was forcing me to get the phone with the extended warrantyAs I was not interested , the staff went to discuss with the manager and did let me know that the stocks which they have are only with 2 years warranty and did force me to buy againAsked them to check in other stores for the same specifications and later came up with an Iphone with 1 year warranty and with the a separate chargerAs its compulsory to get the charger with the phone!!!!!!!I don’t understand what is the manager trying to do? Making more sales for extended warranty and the charger? Yes i know they have a target for the extended warranty but this is ridiculousShame on the manager and staffWorst service everTrying to make us foolsAnd YESSSS i got the iPhone from EMAX WITHOUT the EXTENDED WARRANTY and the CHARGER.

Extremely Poor Customer Service! We came back in the store twice and theyve told us that they dont have stock for replacing the item we bought. We ask them to replace due to defect of the item. They even told us to come back after a week the first time we came back there and yet stock is not available?? We just wasted our time and money(taxi fare). We are so disappointed on how they deal with customer.

Very bad customer service. We bought Apple Mac 10 days back but it was faulty. Next day we went to return it , the counter guy checked & says ok you can come and take the refund within 1-2 days. However, till day they are making excuses. Every day we call their office and they say tomorrow. Very bad service. No one is responsible there.

This is the worst service I received since I came to the country.I am not satisfied with the staff in the store and the service is tedious.I waited for too long to get my device fixed and they promised to get it done at time but they did not.So unacceptable. ❌❌❌Plus they dont answer calls 🚫

Worst customer service. Today I came to buy Canon M50 in your store. I asked for an offer I was ready to buy the camera. But the Filipino who claims working there for 10 years couldnt take a decision and he also declined to call his manager and finally he also said sorry sir, then dont buy from us then I ended up returning. Is this how you talk to the customer ? Totally disappointed Please keep people who knows how to handle customers. I am never buying anything from sharaf dg again. I used to purchase a lot from the store. Not anymore. You guys lost a customer today. I even got the camera from EMax for better price. Its good place for general electronics. But lack few things that can be found in online.

We were actual loyal customers before but after my current experience I am utterly disappointed. Absolutely worst customer service ever. The staff dont have the right information (i talked to several employees because of my urgent situation) Placed an order for an iPhone x almost 3 weeks back, called to cancel the same day and was promised a gift voucher amount rather than a refund which i was told would take time. Followed up with several staff members and EVERY single one of them gave different information. I received the phone even tho i requested to cancel the order. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, the supplier took 3 days to collect the phone, they then took another 5-7 days to CONFIRM to sharaf dg that they RECEIVED the unit. NOW im stuck with the refund process, which has again been going on since last week!!! a local transfer that too. Even tho i *requested* to speak to some manager, NO ONE has contacted me yet and I am sick of waiting. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND? Its not even a small amount. its in thousands!?

Most of the time they have promotions. they encourage to get those things and give suggestion.I bought S10 plus and ask about chipset. they are not aware of that. whatever written in the box and description they will explain. you can touch and play with whatever exhibits and get to know it and purchase. good and reliable.

Not sure about this place in particular. Its lost some charm. At least from our last visit there. Some of the staff does not seem very cordial. Few seem to have the world upon their shoulders. But this is no reflection to Sharaf DG. I have visited many of their outlets around UAE and the staff are extremely switched on and extremely supportive.I think some happy encouragement to the staff from the management and may be some mood lightning with happy entertainment within the shop could bring the staff to its full smiles and customers back.Good luck Sharaf.

The warranty in this place FAKE I don’t recommend any body to buy anything from this place because i pay a Macbook air from them after 2 weeks the screen backlight of my Macbook not working any more without any reason so i come to them asking for warranty they say this thing not included and if you want to repair it will be cost ....3920 AED .....OMG this the same price of new one so I didn’t use this laptop for 7 months however i decided to ask in another shop for repairing and guess what this shop fix my laptop for 300 AED So if you want to pay good electric device with real warranty 100000 % Don’t pay from them
