First of all i would advice the consumers not to purchase any product from them because they have the worst after sales service , i purchased refrigerator gr800 from them 2nd day i noticed fridge not cooling enough so i complained the customer service 3 times from 2nd day of purchase that the refrigerator is not cooling no one came to solve the issue , the last call i made after 2 months of purchase and luckily a technician named javed appeared next day saying refrigerator will not cool more than its doing when i shown my older fridge he was trying to fool me saying gr800 is no frost and the one i have is frost , please get a technician who is educated rather than fooling consumers around. And still the fridge is same , i would tell waste of money and effort , I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM GENERALTEC , thank you for your bad service and unprofessional and lacking of utrained technician , naming them engineers
