I went there to buy samsung s20 fe. I asked for the price details of samsung s20. They didn’t even care about me. Few other people came there for the enquiry and they left as they were not getting the response from them as well. Even if they are busy with other customers, they dont have the manners to say “Please wait”. Because they dont care. Very bad experience.

Worst retailer ever. They sold me a faulty laptop and until now havent replaced or provided me the refund. Its been more than 2 weeks now. Going to consumer court now.

Since the evolution of online shopping people find it more convenient to shop online to save time, same goes with me I had been making online shopping frequently and had not faced any issue before I ended up with Jumbo, recently I made a purchase online at jumbo and waited patiently before I got the mail from jumbo that the item is ready for collection and after receiving the mail the next day I made a move to the store to collect my stuff, but to the surprise I was told that the product was sold out and I had to wait almost a hour without any resolution over the store before I was told that the item was available at a store which is literally 86 kms away from the store which I had opted for, so insane about the staff over there to just tell me to go to the store almost 86 kms away from my selected point of collection, so conveniently said as if it was my mistake that the product run out of stock, anyone can please help me understand what is the meaning of online shopping, such a terrible experience with jumbo, would not suggest for online shopping and very pathetic customer service truly disappointing.
