Just been here couple of days back and purchased a new mobile phone and a television. Quality wise Jumbo is top notch place to buy your electronics as they have great offers compared to other brands. I was personally not happy with the way of the communication that happened for my television delivery or pick up. Rest assured everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this store to buy stuff from. Thanks.

The worst Jumbo branch you would ever visit in the UAE. They have only 2 staff handling all pressure, so the customer service is really bad and slow while staff dont show you enough respect.Also, sometimes the printer might not be working to print out your receipt or they are disconnected from their center system to view updates on your device maintenance, so the entire branch does not operate properly.I wish there is a way to rate it with 0 stars.
