Horrible & irresposible supplier. I order 1 pair of Pioneer VM 70 speakers from Noon, pay immediately and they canceled my order after 3 days. After that I need to wait up to 14 days to get my refund back. Check with my bank they ask to provide ARN from the merchant and Noon refused to give it if I dont wait enough 14 days???

Very unprofessional, I went into their sharjah branch to look at instruments, when a staff member walked towards me aggressively. He acted so aggressively that I stopped playing the instrument and felt like I did some thing wrong. When I asked questions he had such an unbothered attitude about everything I asked, I received one word answers and two or three word answers occasionally. His hair is blonde and hes a filipino man.

Best music store for Electronics items

Just Amazing Customer service from Hassan and his team , they definitely deserve more than a thumbs up from me i am based in Riyadh and they coordinated my buy of speakers very well and helped me with things that were typically out of their job roles. Got a good deal of course would definitely recommend them to Any Stereo addict in the near future.

Unprofessional establishment. Paid upfront for an TV which was assured next day delivery.Was then called and told that their supplier made a mistake and if it was okay if I could buy another item because the model I paid for wasnt available.When going to take a refund, staff members discuss the situation publicly amongst themselves as a joke.This is by far the most shocking I have ever experienced in UAE, they plan to open a branch in Dubai as well, would not recommend visiting any as they are a bunch of cheats and liars.

Awful experience! Avoid, avoid, avoid!Ordered a fridge, said it would be delivered 2 days later, waiting in all day only to be told delivery would be the next day, was then promised it would be before 12pm.The driver then rung me in the morning to say delivery would be at 4pm, after calling customer service yet again they assured me they have spoken to the driver and it would be delivered before 12pm.I rung at 1pm to chase, got a call back nearly an hour later, with no information but he offer of the drivers number for me to chase him up! Eventually the driver called and said it would be delivered in the evening!I wasted 2 days waiting for the delivery of the fridge and as I was not able to stay in to wait it resulted in my fridge being left outside my apartment door, which as you can imagine was not easy to move into the apartment by myself.Will never purchase any thing from here again, awful shopping experience as after service care!

I WENT TO THEIR STORE AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE S7 EDGE AND IPHONE 6S AT ALL WHEN THE OFFER STARTED YESTERDAY ONLY. INSTEAD THEY INSISTED US TO BUY SOME OTHER MOBILE BRANDS. THIS WAS A PURE TRICK TO BRING CUSTOMERS TO STORE AND THEN FORCE THEM TO BUY SOME OTHER ITEM.
