My first and last time buying from New Zealand Electronics. Ok service in the showroom but the Air Condition installation team is terrible. The installation guy (Adnan) who is a sweet talker just comes up with unlimited excuses when you complain. Doesnt come to fix the problem but keeps on promising and promising. In the end called and complained at the showroom and then he showed up and kept on repeating that every thing is fine even when the air condition is not cooling properly. He plays with the timings and take advantage of the months to support his excuses. In the end, nothing happens. I strongly suggest to everyone that buy from someone else. I bought another 8 units from another supplier and just paid an extra of 400 Dhs on all but with a very efficient and a good backup service. The price difference with other suppliers is not much but at least they provide a good service.

Very worst service which I have face from this company. I bought new super general ac from this shop, but from next day hot air was coming from the ac. I have raise the complaint and call several times, but their technician does not come to solve the problem. At last I called other ac service team to solve the problem.
