Very bad experience with clear coat.The cover is removed and damaged quicklyWhen I asked them to change it, they asked me to return the damaged one, otherwise I have to pay 50 AED, and they are not telling the customers for that when they purchase the covers.Am disappointed and i will never use them again.

I used their booth in Mall of the Emirates, and it is the worst decision i have ever made. Expensive, keep peeling off and front screen protection is not giving enough transparency.Keep changing it for 10 AED each side is another loss and for you however for them to gain more money.If you are using magnetic car mount, never think of using this.

I got my MacBook and my S8 protected fully a year ago in Deira City Centre branch. Both my devices are still looking as good as new without a single scratch. And I get lifetime of free replacements of this protection on them if it comes off or anything.Love this brand, they are now called Mobile Outfitters. They are the original and genuine clear coat protection from USA with lifetime warranty, unlike all other Chinese & fakes out there.

Clear-Coat is now known as Mobile Outfitters. Got my device done at Mobile Outfitters, Dubai mall and its still perfect after 8 months of use.

It’s a fraud now. As long as it was clear coat it used to be the best. From the time they came up with a new name “outfitters” they have become expensive and lot of hidden clauses. In addition even the quality is gone too low. I have been a regular customer of clear coat. I have 7 mobiles all with clear coat but now I am looking for alternatives. And I strongly will not recommend anyone to go and waste their money.

I am using the clear coat last few years stickness is very nice and the good thing is this you can do the installation anywhere as they have a huge network across UAE.I would like to request mobile outfitters to increase there catalogue of Style skins so we will have more choices for our mobile outfit.

Used this service on my S7 and it was great, lasted over a year.Purchased it for my S8 and it have been back twice now as it keeps peeling off. The guy already told me the S8 version is a cheaper product and the installation have gone up 100% in a year

I would highly recommend the product.A company used the name clearcoat and was selling different rubbish product called zagg, it ruined the name and product, thanks God that company shot down, and clear coat is back now as MOBILE OUTFITTERS.

Its not recommended. Its very expensive and very week product. It was already broken after 1 week of usage. I have been told i can change it anytime for 10 dh, its not true. When i went there to change it i have been asked to pay full price. Customer service is very bad, very unprofessional and very unfriendly.if there is minus rating, i would do it

Clear coat has rebranded themselves as Mobile outfitters in UAE. You can find their kiosk in Fesrival city, Deira CC and Mirdif CC. I got my phones scratch protection films changed in Festival city, under warranty by paying Aed20. Quality looks same as before, hope it lasts.

*This review is for the iPhone protection and not the Macbook*As a 3 year user and customer Ill explain briefly the history of the brand: so it was at the beginning Clear Coat and it was more than fabulous; I only applied it once on my iPhone and I never had to replace it for over 6th months. but now they have shifted to a rubbish brand named Zagg which is a total letdown. its sticky and attracts dust like crazy and you have to change it maximum weekly in order to have a clean look. Their stores still hold the name (Clear Coat) due to legal reasons but they didnt even have the courtesy to advise their customers on that change, a total disappointment. So to summarize, if you were lucky enough and managed to find a store that actually sells the Clear Coat brand buy it and dont think about it but if they are selling Zagg run for your life.to know the difference; Clear Coat used to be precut and packed in boxes, with Zagg they use a cutting machine in the store to cut the coat to fit your device on the spot.

Not worth... initially they were charging 20 AED for a replacement for the life time warranty promised by them, but now they have increased to 30 AED. Very bad customer service

Worst Product, not recommending anyone to go it... Waste of money and time within in a day coat peels off, bubbles off and very poor service when you go for warranty...!!! Beware of this poor quality stuff!!!!

I got my clear coat replaced at Mirdif mall and the person there ruined my phone screen and scratched it (top righthand corner).

Its really worst.service and coating as well. Not recommend to any one as product is waste of money...changed twice already in a 2 weeks.
