The after sales and customer service is truly horrible, the worst. The photo is the service/parts centre in Dubai, a far cry from the showroom in Dubai Mall !!! I have been waiting 6 months for the bottom drawer for my new fridge freezer which apparently isnt covered by warranty!!!!!!! When clearly it is a manufacturing/design issue. The worst experience ever.

If you want to loose your money, buy LG, or better try dealing with their customer service. You will be driven up the wall, and will still have no formidable reply.I have a gaming monitor, with a line, covered under warranty. I have emailed them 3 times, tried to chat with them on their social accounts, but the only reply I get from them is What is the issue, what is the problem? Oh so typical.Pathetic, lethargic, terrible, poor, sub standard, absolutely rotten customer service is just an under statement. They will never resolve your issue, or care about after sales. Never ever am I going to purchase another LG product...

This is one of the best brands of Tvs when you want to buy OLED tv. The LG Signature tv is super but a bit expensive

I have bought air filters, they were very helpful. There was an issue with one of them. They took it. Repaired and brought it back. I did not hVe any issues so far. They tried their bestI also bought a tv. The team was friendly. I did not have issues with them.

LG is a great brand for all electronics, just a heads up, the dubai mall showroom is closed.

Neet and clean

For 6yrs in Dubai, had worst experience in LG shop i dubai mall. They sold me used phone as anew one!!! Same day went back to shop but staff were not even show interest to talk to me, just saying that I have to go to service center. After 10 days of calling so many numbers and people, finally reolaced my phine, but without any apology.
