Unfortunately I always seem to have a bad experience at this salon.1) The staff can talk to you quite rudely and not a welcoming, friendly customer service that you expect when you are going somewhere to relax. They make you feel like they dont want you there!2) During Eid time I went to get my henna done. They didnt have change but were expecting a tip. So rather than getting the change sorted out from somewhere they were trying to make out Im cheap just because Im asking for my change. A tip is meant to be given from your choice. No one can force a tip. In the end they acted cheap. I told them to give that amount to the lady who did my henna but they didnt.3) They will tell you that you can come and if you get stuck in traffic and reach there 10 / 15 minutes later they dont see you. Ive been to so many salons and 10 or 15 minutes for their customers is something they would do willingly and happily. But this salon Ive just had a very bad experience so I cant recommend it!

I visited Al Jazibiya Salon for Hair styling and colour for the first time in November 2019, after staying in Dubai.iwas really happy with their service provided and how my hair looked and felt after.Now I always visit them, whenever I have to do any treatment to my hair, as I know I will get the best treatment.Era was very professional and addressed all the concerns I had regarding the treatment and the aftercare process.I would definitely recommend visiting them for the services. Worst experience .. This is the first time I am posting a negative review .. I treated my keratin from here and after washing it.. its almost gone .. Also I cut my hair from there, I told them u shaped haircut, but after washing it.. it Looks uneven ... Most importantly I want to tell you guys .. dont buy any product from there .. they will convince you that they give you discounts .. check it online before buying anything .. For the same product we will get it with lowest price from the market ... After realizing this, I tried to give it back, but with some excuses they did not accept. So I dont want anyone to have this experience, thats why I am clearly posting all these things.. I will never be here again

This is first time I am posting review just because I wanted to alert all. I visited this parlor only after reading the reviews and now I wonder even if they are real. The haircut done was not good. Even after taking appointment they made me wait for long just because the haircut costed less and they had some other clients who wanted other high cost services. Thats so unprofessional. On top of that the so called top hair stylist was so arrogant and rude. The other top hair stylist after the bad haircut, dint even know how to blow dry hair in proper shape. When I was not satisfied she said it will cost extra. Hope this saves someones precious time, money and the most important your Hair. As it will take some time to grow them back.

Al Jazibiah is my happy place. I’ve already moved to Dubai but I still come back here. Won’t trust my hair to anyone or anywhere else. Highly recommended.

It was our first time visiting Al Jazibiyah Salon for a mani-pedi with nail art and full-face threading. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Rose Ann and Sarmila especially were incredibly kind, talented, accommodating and fun. The nail art turned out fantastic and the threading was painless. I would definitely be revisiting this salon in the future!

I went in for balayage and ended up with orangey toned hair. Although I showed a picture of more brown shades and natural looking balayage . I ended up with chunky bits of orange hair concentrated at the back. I asked for caramel balayage and they gave me orange ombre. Poor technique of balayage and colouring. Im a doctor and wanted something subtle but ended up with very orange hair all at the bottom and it was my first time colouring so quite disappointed. Service was decent though and staff were friendly but no point if you dont get your desired look after spending time and money. If youre a first timer for colouring and you want a professional balayage this might not be the ideal place.

I usually go to Dubai for my hair and body care but for someone living in Sharjah it has become a hassle. Thats why I am very lucky to have found this salon in Al Nahda, just a few minutes walk from my place.Al Jazibiah has very accommodating staff.Ms. Era is the the colorist of the salon, she made my hair really nice. I had a lot of people compliment my hair color and even asked where I had it done, so kudos to you Ms. Era.There was also Ms. Josie who was also coloring my hair with Ms. Era. She is very nice and talked to me throughout the process.I also had Moroccan bath and body massage done by Leslie. She is really good. Leslies body massage made me fall asleep it was really soothing and relaxing. She really has good hands, sometimes there are masseuses who put too much pressure when doing body massages, she is not one of them. She knows when too put enough pressure. She does her work really well.To all the staff, you made me a regular customer. Ill be back soon.

The protein treatment done for my daughter was good as well.The owner and staff are very accommodating and the saloon is kept very well. My friend has also suggested the Moroccan bath as she has found it to be good, so next time thats on my cards as well.

I had a very bad experience at this place. The staff themselves fight regarding the rates given for various services. The lady with short hair has lot of attitude issues. They whole team made me wait for 10mts when the saloon was free of customers and arguing within themselves in their own mother tongue. I just wanted to leave the place immediately but unfortunately I had paid them for package. They treated me with least respect. Only the girl at the counter knew how to handle a customer and she behaved and spoke in a good manner. I have decided I will never step in there again for any requirements. I will not recommend this place for anyone. This post is just to inform the management that there are too many options for beauty parlours where we live. Thanks.
