WORST SALON EVER.. Someone suggested this salon... The first picture picture is after their first try on my hair, second picture is the final result and last Kylie hair picture Is the one I wanted.AFTER ALL THIS WASTAGE OF HAIR QUALITY, SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME NOT TO COME BACK. the hair cut is in TWO LAYERS ONLY.The final result is exactly the same hair what I had before I went to this salon. So I spent money and effort for almost nothing/no change at all in hair color, just got worse hair quality now.I dont leave bad reviews for any small businesses because its bad for business but this whole fiasco made me cry inside their parlor.

Worst experience me and my daughter had a haircut. The lady didnt know the language it was so hard for me to explain her what i want. I had to tell her with actions. She was also making fun as if she is not u derstanding just pretending to pay attention. Then i called another lady to make her ubderstand what kind of cutting i want but she hardly bothered. They should listen to customer or show any samples so that customer is satisfied with the service before tbe job is done. Not value for money at all. Pathetic hair cut she did for both my daughter n myself. They have unprofessional untrained staff. Only they have nice n bright interior. Rude staff. Never again insha Allaah

Staff arrogant and full of attitude!First I thought it’s just the staff attitude which is a problem, but actually there services are also not so good or whether they have specific customer Centric approach don’t know!!So a piece of advice if you don’t find them welcoming at the gate, just walk out or else they will treat you like an unwanted child.For my roots she spilled the color all over my forehead and then will scrap your skin off to remove it. For hair cut trim 10 hairs from down and it’s done.. wow quick service 😅

The worst experience of my life and a total waste of money!I called to inquire about the individual lashes before I book and go there.I spoke to the manager and I asked clearly for the price of the individual lashes, the type of hair. She said the individual lashes also known as one by one are for 200 and its real hair. The 3 by one is 100.So I booked and went there I had to pay 1st and then was sent upstairs, the lady doesnt even bother to show me the lashes she just set up everything! And when I asked her to show me the lashes she was in a mood for some reason and wasnt happy about it.As she shows me the individual lashes (one by one) the hair was terrible quality and wasnt even hair! It was plastic feeling and they only have one size (VERY LONG) so she decided to put the 3 by one and said its better and they both are the same price!Now unfortunately for them they didnt think I understand Arabic cause I dont look like one but I am. As the other staff member comes in she says to the lady doing my lashes oh she asked for the one by one you know she already paid and she is gonna tell the manager and the manager is gonna ask her so she said oh dont worry about it Ill handle it..handle what exactly was my thought? The minimum time spent on individual lashes is 2 hrs I was in and out in less than half an hr!!!I went down to speak to the manager and told her she did the 3 by one so I need my change back, she calls the staff for the bill and the staff says to her bu I told her its the same price and the manager backs her up!! Even when I told her that on the phone you told me the 3 by one is 100 , so she made a wonderful story up about how this lash is good quality.Oh and I paid 250 AED plus 12.50 tax. I wasnt going to argue with the lady as I saw how unprofessional and deceiving she turned out to be.Day 2 woke up with half my left eye lashes off.. it just fell off!!

Went with my family to get our makeup done, (and we booked our appointment & informed them were 5 ppl) but when we reached ON TIME the makeup artist kept on rushing us to get into her room saying she needs to go to do a brides makeup? Then why give people appointments if you will keep rushing them and giving them the time they payed for! When you go to a salon you want to feel pampered and enjoy being treated well not feel like youre wasting the artists time (again we booked). Moving to hair, the lady who did our hair i think her name was Ikram was so nice and polite, and is a very good hairdresser (shes the only one at salon who is professional). Lastly, you might see a day who keeps on shouting at the Asian staff and embarrassing them in front of the customers, yes thats the manager can you imagine? I even saw one of her staff crying after she got shouted at. Not a good way to treat her workers & not a good way to run a business.

1st and last time at this salon. I came here for a Moroccan bath because my usual salon was busy and I couldn’t wait. (My 1st mistake) I paid before my service (2nd mistake). The Moroccan bath lady was so aggressive and dismissive. I’m a regular with Moroccan baths, I know what to expect. This was an experience I’d never had before. She threw buckets of hot water over me so aggressively so I politely asked her add cold water. she asked me to do it myself. I did so. She then kept telling me to wash my own hair, do this and do that whilst she just acted as a human water dispenser. What did I pay for then?. Imagine going to a salon for a wash and blow dry and they ask you to wash or blow dry your own hair cos you said it was too hot. She then said I was done. I smelt my hair and it still smelt of the oil treatment I had in. I asked her if it could be washed again, so she unexpectedly threw another bucket of hot water over me. It felt like a very hard slap in the face. I was in shock. I immediately felt a headache. I asked her why she did that despite me telling her not to use such hot water, she said that’s the only way it’ll go.I immediately left the room.I went downstairs and asked for the manager. The receptionist gave me her number and she came down. she acted like she wanted to resolve it. She heard us both out. But all she did was tell me the lady is an experienced member of staff and she was sure she didn’t mean to upset me. She insisted I was too young to be angry, i reassured her I wasn’t, I just had a really bad headache and was not happy with how I was treated. I asked if I was to expect my money back for the Moroccan bath (which was my complaint) and the the blow dry (which I had not had yet) she refused but said she’d do it for me herself. I told her I was uncomfortable so didn’t want to do it anymore. They still did not give me back my money for a service I was unsatisified with AND a service I hadn’t got done YET.I didn’t argue for my money because my headache was too painful, so I left and went to my usual salon, who gently washed my hair and gave me a nice gentle blow dry.I’m so genuinely disappointed and would never go back there. I’d rather she keep the money than get what’s owed to me!If I could give a zero, I would have! 1 is too genorous.

Horrible experience! I asked to cut my hair straight, they cut it zig zag and one side is shorter then the other. i made a braid to show them that one side doesnt reach to the end of the braid, it is obviously shorter. They said this is how it is supposed to be!!!Ufffff never ever again!
