It is just not worth it. The lady was super critical of my hair and didnt even give me the haircut that I wanted. She kept on criticizing my hair and pushing keratin treatment and botox. I dont get why cant people have wavy or curly hair with peace. What is wrong with that. I am not visiting again.

I have been going to sasha since more than 8 years and tried a couple of branches in dubai and Sharjah they are friendly receptionists, professional staff and do the most lasting gel extensions! Thats why i love their work !

WOULD I COME AGAIN? NO!My 1st visit, I had hairstyling. Unfortunately the Indian lady cut my hair differently from the picture I showed. Initially she was so confident about it but when I went home, after washing my hair, OH my goodness, it was a disaster. Of course, during the haircut session, she style it very well, with the blow Curl etc... But after the hair wash at home, I can actually detect it just typical straight cut. I didnt see any layered as per the picture I showed.This salon has WAFFER CARD signboard displayed on their counter and according to Directorate of human resources in Sharjah Website, under their salon, its stated that 20% on all service with regular price thats all.Unfortunately, my 1st visit with the haircut service, they did not accept my Waffer Card,reason it doesnt reach certain amount in order to use the card. My 2nd visit which was tonight (11/5/2021), I had 3 services and AGAIN they did not accept the Waffer Card, reason due to Eid. It is not even Eid yet!The only reason I came to this salon it is because they are listed under Waffer Programme.My 2nd visit was slightly poor. When I had henna on my hand, the staff went to attend to another customer and at the end I ENDED UP CLEANING MY OWN HANDS, SWITCH OFF THE MANICURE FAN TOOLS. This is extremely unprofessional and racist (when I mentioned racist, obviously the staff went to attend to another Nationality). I have never encountered this kind of attitude, and its not my 1st time visiting a salon in my life! I had been different salon not only in UAE, but around the world.For your information, I had my salon service with Tips & Toes (which they are not even listed on Waffer Programme) and yet they delivered the amazing services and their quality is highly appreciated.After these two experience I had with Sasha Salon, I would never recommend it to anyone. There is no point of having nice salon/decor but the quality and the behavior is bad.By the way, I also include another complaint toDirectorate of human resources in Sharjah to reconsider this salon to be listed under Waffer Program again.

I finally made my visit to Sashas. I had heard so much about their incredible nail art services. By far this has been the best salon I have visited, their nail artwork variety is very good and also the staff is very co-operative

I loved the place and the ambience. The staff is super nice. Especially Harmeet, Toha and Nazia. They were very polite and super professional. ❤️🌻

First ladies saloon has open in the Oasis mall on first floor. This will definitely attract the ladies customers to Mall.

Ladies take care they add 20 AED for my bill without asking me when I noticed they said we used a special kind of wax for you !!!!!
