It is very impolite to kick someone out just because they arrived 10:58 and you open at 11 and you ask me to wait in the car instead of offering coffee or tea and wait insideLove the place and the nail service, but this is gonna be my last visit

Good for pedicure and manicure. They seem to take excellent safety precautions to covid-19. One thing I don’t like is that they should be a bit more welcoming on the phone. One time they told me this sentence “Don’t be late” on the phone, which was not friendly nor professional to say to a customer you don’t know. They don’t ask you for drinks after covid, which might be a downside for some.

It is a clean place and relaxing but always have to book appointment some times i find it annoying

I never write reviews but this is too bad to not comment on. I always go to this salon to do my nails and for me its the best nail place. I cut my hair once before too and I got a nice cut. However I cannot say the same for this haircut. I got a haircut with Najwa and its the worst haircut I have ever had. Every strand has a different length. It is very bad and not fixable until I grow it out.

The nail and brow service was amazing,staff is so sweet. However I booked an appointment at 6 and arrived exactly on time. I also approved my appointment with them. I had to wait at least 15mins to do my brows, a client came way after me yet they took her to the brow room first. I had to do my brows in the nail area. I waited 45minutes for them to start my manicure and pedicure. I came to the saloon at 6 and left at 7:20. Very poor time management. I don’t think I’m going back again.

I did brazilian blowout and my hair is more damaged. The lady that did it for me was morrocan, forgot her name. But Every time i wash my hair, I would smell this fishy smell. She applied way to much chemical into my hair hence why the smell is strong. I dont think Ill ever go back to this salon. Disappointed.

Very professional service and friendly atmosphere, I had full body massage for 250 dirhams. But while I am in the massage room I heard Arabic songs from the shop near the spa which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Overall It was great and so relaxing. I cut my hair also.
