Have been going here for a while(4-5 years) because its extremely cheap and they provide decent services if not the best. Today we faced a situation where the lady doing our service kept requesting us to pay the money when we repeatedly reminded her we would do so when we are leaving(keep in mind the fact that we had already paid and all that was left to pay was the VAT money). She had easily done it 6-7 times and once the owner was there she did it once again. The owner was disrespectful and does not know how to follow professional work ethic and treats her staff extremely poorly. Every time we come and ask for the lady who does our service and they say she left on her own as she get into a fight with the owner. The owner had the audacity to raise her voice at three customers and call them names and had the audacity to tell the customers to stop talking. She even told the lady doing the service to stop doing the work for us. Disorganized, disrespectful and ill-mannered. They do not even deserve a star, never going back there again.

My wife took my daughter for a haircut and they spoiled it completely.The lady didnt knew how to do a boy cut.And the behaviour was extremely rude and scary.Dont go to this Parlour they are completely Unprofessional.

I did L’Oréal xtenso in Mamta saloon al nahda branch ,the owner of that saloon she collected me from 300+15 AED from me including tax,when I asked bill after procedure she is not ready to give me,I don’t know y? Also she (owner) applied straightening chemical directly to my scalp without caring, so my hair root destroyed and scalp is numbness .hair falls too much,still my hair curly what like before procedure also baldness,really disappointed with their service,when I asked to her about this,she is not giving correct answer,at least she should ready to refund amount.😡.L’Oréal x tenso cream online only 63-70 AED price.She has right to take their work price but customer did not get the result and un happy.

Used services at Al Tawoon branch.. the products are not up to the mark and the owner is so RUDE when told that the product is not good.. very poor service and even poorer customer feedback service!!

I would not have given this 1 star either. The Staff have no experience or manner at all. The owner and staff just want MONEY not the customer satisfaction.I do my hair straitening every-time but this time i tried in this parlor as it was near my house. But after my 1st wash when i just washed my hair with water it is back to my old hair before straitening.When we went and complaint also called the owner, they told do redo the straightening ( Like WTH u seriously want to use chemicals on my hair again and damage my hair.!!!!!! )I really want someone to file a case and close this parlor as soon as parlor!

First time ever i saw these cheap kind of beauty saloon .i ussally dont give my reviews but this incident make me crazy.i just suggest to the owner if see cant hanlde the bussiness or staff better close the shop.am also putting my statment in dubai consumer court so in future they cant cheat the people.my suggestion to all customer if using there services pls take your recipet of pending services.
