Not recommended, I withdraw cash 10,000 Dir hams using ATM machine but the machine dispensed only 9600 Dir-hams in below denomination18 X 500 = 900006 X 100 = 600 (Total 24 piece of notes) which supposed to be dispensed out in below denomination19 X 500 = 9500 (Total 24 piece of notes)05 X 100 = 500When i lodge a complain, I get reply that the full cash dispensed out but it wasnt. despite several follow up no benefit.

Very bad customer service. I came to open saving account, and they told that they follow up with me and update me with account number. One week passed and nobody called. I came again after one week to check my account status they said it is under process. I visited again after three weeks. They asked for more documents. Every time I have to come and wait for 1 hour minimum for my turn. After all, I decided that I dont want to open account at their bank. There are other alternatives.

Unfortunately. The worst bank ever ... not recomended at all .. I applied for Auto loan and it took them 1 week to reply and they ask for more paper works .. after 1 week of application .. moreover it could take you more than an hour to take just a statement. Not recomended at all
