Such a great team spirit and positive atmosphere in this branch! Each member of the team I dealt with were kind and helpful, Especially Ms. Sameera Al Balooshi, Ms. Hoda and Mr. Muse. I noticed the team interact with each other and clients in a positive manner, and thought to myself, it must be nice to come to work every day in such a place! When I mentioned I have to get to work, my request was expedited and I got everything done in a short time. I will definitely choose this branch in future!

This branch provides excellent customer service. Far better than the corniche branch. Hoda did an excellent job processing my transaction and answered all my questions. There is no doubt that Hoda is very skilful and has extensive knowledge about EBND processes and products. খুবই মানহীন সেবা ছিল। তবে তাদের অনলাইনের সেবা অনেক ভাল। আমি নতুন একাউন্ট খোলার বিষয়ে ব্যাংকে তথ্য জানতে চেয়েছিলাম। দায়িত্বরত ব্যক্তি হুম, হ্যাঁ বলে শেষ করলে।তবে তাদের অনলাইনে অনেক তথ্য আছে। অনলাইন সেবায় সন্তুষ্ট। ব্যাংকে একাউন্ট খোলার জন্য যাবার প্রয়োজন হয় না। বেশিরভাগ কাজ অনলাইনে করা সম্ভব। তবে বুথগুলো সন্ধ্যায় ভীড় থাকে।
