Very wasting of time i want to cancel the account , they inform me i have to go Ajman because no brunch in ras al hkaimah,

Waste of time to open an account in mashreq.. lots of requirements i hate it.. suggest you to go with liv or enbd

Came to the only branch in ras al khaimah just to request for a bank statement and the cs simply told me to go ajman branch as they are not issuing the bank statement... so disappointed... tsskkk.As the only branch you should be able to provide what your customer needs.. cant just simply go and head to another emirates for just a simple bank statement.....

I took loan and planned to repay by 02 years of installment, but later (after one month) decided to close the loan at the earliest as possible to avoid my liability. Unnecessarily they charged two years interest as advance from my early closure loan....(I felt, local money lenders is far better than this bank). This is the worst bank i ever seen in my life, bad customer care service also... Now, I initiated to cancel my credit card and trying to cancel from our company service also...

New ATM machine has been installed and it is very good now. Lots of new features are there.

Very bad experiences from mashreq bank - I will never ever recommend to anyone to take mashreq bank service.; From my experience, the loan amount was AED 6000, they had charged around 1500 dhs from me within the period of two months, I tried to get back my money from bank and repeatedly contacted with customer care service but no favorable response. This is an intolerance to a genuine client like us, its like looting money from your client and cheating too.... Regards, Sajith kumar
