Worst experience ever! I waited almost 1 hour in the branch to change my phone number and update my Emirates ID, to be told “no you need passport!”My husband worked in the bank for many years in UAE and we know the process. Just they wanted to empty the shop as it was full of customers.Discussing our banking information at the door entrance like it’s souk or hair salon. What is this terrible service! Horrible! Left with zero results and wasted my time.

Now recently open ADIB bank and ATM inside tha Mall First Floor

I love ADIB but this branch has the worst Customer Service. They require me to get authorization letter from my company to get chequebook REQUEST form, and also they need Authorization letter just to submit our New Trade License. 🤦‍♂️

The location of the branch is good, and there is no crowding. The employees are distinguished and fast. Working hours are until 7 pm
