HSBC is a Customer-friendly Bank, but the only Branch in Ras Al Khaimah will have to remain satisfied with its present strength of Customers.No new Customers are likely to join HSBC Ras Al Khaimah, because of its remote location which is not easily accessible and discoverable. Even with a GPS it could be very confusing to find the way, through those windy and circuitous roads.It is true that in this Electronic age, Customers can carry out most of the functions through a Computer, but can not altogether avoid a visit to the Branch for many reasons.For instance, when a larger amount is urgently needed that exceeds the permissible per day limits of ATMs, he would need to visit the branch to do the transaction over the Counter.Therefore, whenever a Customer would look for a good Bank with excellent Customer service, Accessibility is one major factor that he would consider ; unfortunately, HSBC is far behind on this most important point.However, if HSBC Ras Al Khaimah has no ambition to grow and is satisfied with its present Cliental, they can continue in their present comfort zone.

I am alone in the casher however because of their procedures i was requested to wait for hour to collect my cheque
