Found this place on google maps. Booked an appointment and had a nice pedicure. The ladies who work there are very friendly and professional and the pedicure was very good, albeit on the pricier side.The beard shave however, was very disappointing. The man who did it acts like hes in a rush. Literally finished in less than 2 minutes then asked if I wanted anything else. Better go to any street barber than this one.

This Mens salon is my sons preferred hair salon and I get my hair cut there as well now. Chris, is a fantastic hair dresser. I have known him from previous salon in Dubai. He is really gifted as a hair dresser and I can only recommend him. I give this salon 5*.

If you go to 1847 in either JBR or Grovesnor house you have to ask for my man MK. I have been going to him now for 6 years !! He is quite literally and simply THE BEST, & will give you the best cuts. Mixed in along with the atmosphere & professionalism of 1847, you are treated to the very best a barber shop has to offer, they are the Apple of the grooming world !! THE BEST👌🏽

My favorite place for any type of grooming services. All of the staff are very friendly, nice, and very professional. The products they use are of high quality. I’ve tried many of their services and I’ve always been happy with them. Try their head and shoulders massage after a haircut :) I go at least once a week, and look forward to it.

I wen to do my eyebrows. I had no appointment , but both ladies at reception super nice and kind .Lady which did my eyebrows very professional , i was super happy so i decide to hair cut as well .The worst decision of the day .Alex ( barbar ) super unhappy to cut my hair .His attitude make me feel like i should be there and bother him .I asked for skin fate, i received something i can do myself at home . Whole hair cut with wash and style took around 15 min . He asked if is it ok . True , but what should i say , he make me feel so bad about my self that i just say yes so can leave as soon as possible .So unprofessional , and Left with bad hair cut and 120 Aed spent .

I enjoy coming to this Men salon, because their service is remarkable. And to make an appointment is so easy, through their 1847 app. Finding the salon is a bit hard at first, but just get to the hotels elevator and inside it will let you know which floor to go and their sliding door opens with a press of a button on the center of it.

Immaculate service with a truly personalized touch. From entering through the door with a warm welcome with refreshments to being treated to a truly relaxing time with utmost professionalism. 1847 always ensures that new products/services offerings are suitable to my needs. I had a great experience. Great back and neck massage, Mani and pedi for 280 aed. Ladies were very nice and the massage was great for me. They do get you in and out pretty quickly but thats not particularly a bad thing. I would probably add a foot massage if I had to do it again.

Ive been a frequent visitor here for 7 years, coming, once or twice a month, for various grooming packages. I particularly love the way the ladies treat me when I get a manicure and pedicure, and even on occasions a neck and head massage. If youre looking for a real hair stylist then I can reccomend Fadi who has looked after me since I first came here. Mani, Louie, Vie and Dang, are by far the most attentive and caring professionals always ensuring I am warm and comfortable. Im always greeted by a big smile and looked after by these ladies with real honesty. 1847 is a haven in the busy city where i can switch the phone of for 45min and just be looked after. They have TVs with Netflix and wireless headsets so if Im in a non talkative mood I can Netflix and chill.

Drove from Downtown to Marina, just to hear that Loi is not available today and someone else will do the service. I asked the lady to check the record and tell me why she is confirmed the availability, when I’m fact she was off today. You guys wasted my time. Please don’t call and come up with excuses and cheap counter offers for your bad front desk service. I’ve been going to various branches of 1847 for the last 5 years. The consistency of service is excellent. All the staff are exceptionally trained and offer great customer service. Louie and Jules are my go to for a great mani-pedi.

Used for many years and used to be good, unfortunately declined over the years and now you pay over the top prices for sub standard services, all done with a sense of urgency to get you out the door as quickly as possible. Very poor attitude and much better services available elsewhere in town form less complacent people.

Rushed barber service, went for a traditional shave and got razor bumps, cuts and leftover hairs all over my face because of how rushed the barber was.I suggest you hire more barbers so the current ones do not have to rush just to be able to serve more clients.Not worth the money, get a haircut elsewhere else.
