The salon is good as well as the staff, they were very friendlyThe surprising thing was payment for pedicure slippers of 10 AED, never came across such situations. They tore in 2 min after leaving the salon, so I had to put my shoes on and scratched my nails

First of all the lady who works there is rude, not professional, and she gives an attitude whether on whatsapp or real life… i had an issue with my nails as the gelish started to peal off from the 2nd day, she kept on arguing the whole time when i was explaining my issue via whatsapp, today was my appointment and i reached a bit early, with an attitude she asked you couldnt call and tell that youre coming? What is that! I dont understand how they would treat a customer in that way.. althu i was calmed when i was telling her my issue, i was talking and explaining myself and shes just busy checking other things out while im still talking. As i came all the way from ajman to barsha to do my nails again, they didnt even remove the gelish, she just did a refill on the damaged ones and now its pealing again, im not recommending this saloon at all, they give a very bad attitude and they are not professional at all.

I went to go dye my hair from light brown to a blonde. They turned my hair orange! I would suggest avoiding this place if you are thinking of changing your hair colour. So upset and will take me ages & a lot of money to fix. 😿😿😿

I took a groupon voucher for hair cut. My hair cut was not done properly. One side was left long and one short. I went back and told them to just cut the side which looks long and funny. She was just not listening to my issue. Just kept saying that hair is cut equally from both the sides. I told her just cut slightly and it would look better. She kept saying the same stuff again and agian. I said fine leave it and there was no aplology and nothing. I just walked out.At least you need to listen to what customer is saying, else why will they come back to you!

I spend the worst 2 hours in my life .I colour my hair .First she refused to colour my hair after taking my appoinement.. i came from jlt to tell me that sorry we cant make ur hair .. i spend one week calling for nothing and i was realy desapointed . The lady didnt call me to cancel ahe let me till i came then she told me sorry we cant .The staff was really rude . And when i asked to speak with the owner they refuse .They start talking indian language .When she colour my hair i ask her to giv me some of the rest of the colour that already i payed for it to put it in my eyebrow she said you should pay 40 aed . This is the first time i hear about it . And the funny things she throw it . .. she told either you pay 40 aed or i wont give it to you .My review will be her and also in groupon .I had the worst treat everI i want to speak with the owner .

I visited the salon today and i wanted to thank the nice ladies who took care of my gelish manicure and basic pedicure. The salon is very clean, the furnitures are new, and you feel well seated. The ladies are lovely and you pay for the full service 150aed. Both hand and feet 150!!!when other salons charge 300 aed min. The result is great, i like it! There is big parking next door. MOE is 5mn walk and close to sheik zayed road (easy access) I recommend the salon! I will be back.
