I’ve been going to urban male lounge for the last few years and am extremely happy with the service quality and price that they offer. Star is my favorite employee as she is very professional, yet very down to earth. If you’re looking for grooming or massages, I’m sure you’ll also be very pleased.

The service is slow for pedicure and manicure although they did a good job.. I used to go there few years ago, wanted to just give them another chance but still was not very satisfied..

My first time to have my manicure and pedicure with urban male lounge and they did not fail me for my wonderful and unexpected experience. They knows well what treatments i need and it really helps me a lot. Their are not just doing their job but also they educate their clients.

I came 7 minutes late to my appointment and they told me that I have to wait one hour because they moved another walk-in client in because I was late. This is ridiculous and not professional. I have been a regular client of this place and I will never come back.

Great haircut, quality place and prime location. A bit on the pricier side but expected for DIFC. My only annoyance is when they push products (kept trying to sell me shampoo) and services (like keratin treatment alternatives) I already said I was not interested in.

I tried UML over a year ago and didn’t like it , but thought I’ll give it a 2nd chance. Before I started I asked the stylist clearly if he understood what needed to be done and he said yes. Obviously he didn’t but it was okay, my issue was mainly with his arrogance. When I finally saw what he did and told him that is not how I wanted it , he goes and says your asking for weird stuff and how he didn’t really cut much hair. I’m sorry but this wasn’t the first time in my life that I go to the stylist and ask for some simple beard trim. Anyways.

Went there, when i arrived i was told i need to wait 30mins, after 30 mins i was told i need to wait another 15mins, after 15mins i was told nothing. so i left and went home.
