I am very happy with my beauty therapy course and I am learning so much every time. I got recommended from a friend who went there. It is very beautiful and friendly atmosphere. The trainers are very kind and helpful. I recommend it for sure

Its been months since I visited this salon and yet I wanna cry every time I see my hair...or what is left...I used to have long blond hair (yes I have been doing highlights for the past 7 years - in dubai!), now its short and I continue cutting it because its been damaged so much and my hair still looks like an old and dry brush (although using the best hair care possible and no chemical treatments...)I contacted nordic beauty when looking for a new hairdresser I can trust and stay with...I had stopped bleaching my hair for couple of months prior my visit and asked if they can help me refresh the roots without damaging my hair. I was assured that their salon and hairstylists are using a gentle, topnotch product which can give me perfect results.When I arrived on time ,they made me wait for 2 hours...I was hoping it will be worth it...I was very wrong and shouldve left!Their hairdresser Batista overbleached my hair.it looked good for exactly 2 days and then my hair started breaking and falling like crazy. I never had this in my entire life! I reached out to the owner ,trying to make him understand whats happening. I was advised to do a treatment which I paid another 800aed for, to try and fix the damage they had caused in the first place.Even after the treatment ,my hair was so dry and tangled up that it became impossible to brush them. At this point nothing seemed to help, I had to cut half of my length (3 years of growing!) and reached out to the owner again, sharing how miserable I felt with the consequences.I was offered another treatment complemantery, obviously my hair was so damaged by then,nothing could fix it...even when receiving the treatment I was told that Im living in the wrong country if I wanted to have blonde hair because of dubai weather and water...can you imagine, you seek for professional advise and youre willing to pay over 2000 aed for hair and they end up trying to blame you for their mistake ?I never heard from them again, no follow-up.Clearly theyre just trying to make money, they dont seem to care about their customers wellbeing or longterm satisfaction...my biggest mistake goin there. I couldve saved 2K and cut it myself for free with less damage if thats what I wanted...

I did a lash extensions course, for my assessment a family friend of the owner was the model. She talked throughout the service and left abruptly before the treatment was finished. Coming back to start my second lash extensions course which I’d already booked and paid for I was greeted by another staff member telling me my previous model was loud and that I was disruptive to her students, made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I stayed less than an hour for the course introduction before withdrawing from all models and assessments. Nordic refused to refund me anything for the second course I didn’t do.

It’s the 2nd time I went to this salon, (3rd with the hairdresser attending in another place). No problems before.The last time I asked some simple highlights as my roots was already dark. Because the hairdresser (only one attending there) was already busy with another lady, and also because the owner seemed to be pushing him to finish it asap, thats the result. As he was in a rush I felt embarrassed with the situation and I just checked the result at home.I wish they just told me to come back another day or not make appointments in a situation where you cant handle more than 1 client. Check the result and analyse if is worth it 500 dihrans in a just half head for highlights 😩

A true beauty palace! Love doing my nails and hair there. Heard about the place through a friend who did a Master class in their academy and she recommended me to try their services also. And the staff is very professional and kind and once you get there, you never want to leave.

Finally we have a Nordic inspired Beauty spot here in Dubai! Once I entered I immediately felt the Scandinavian spirit through-out the whole place. The warm service and friendly staff made my stay wonderful. After my manicure and pedicure I drank their signature 24K Cappuchino in their secret garden with plenty of green and fruit trees, just got my thoughts back to the Swedish nature. I can recommend Nordic Beauty to everyone who appreciates high quality service for a good price with warm staff

Do not even waste your time getting a booking, as there is no respect for people’s time. Tried to arrange two appointments, and they cancelled both times and mind you, the second time they didn’t even bother to call me to reschedule (I found out from automated text message).Not the most professional experience.
