I went twice for a massage. They have excellent hygiene procedures, well trained staff. The products used were of high quality and I did not have any problems after.💆 Done was very relaxing and soothing. I enjoyed each and every moment. Glad to choose Riva. I did 2 days facial course and 4 days full body massage course. Every time, we did practical training with live model so it made me have confidence. My trainer Hadhija was very nice and friendly as well as she was always teaching us many techniques :) even tho it is short course, idefinitely worth it .Thank you such 👍🌟

I enrolled my self for Moroccan Bath and Basic facial and Im so amaze how Khadija make sure that I understand and knows how to execute the steps. She is very detailed and professional. I am highly disappointed with what this school did to me.i came all the way from my country. They signed me up for advanced classes just because it was more expensive. after the first day, i couldnt understand much, the class was taught in a hurry and not what i expected. They changed me to other courses and refused to refund me my money. i had an excess of nearly 400 dollers and they completely refused to refund or give me more classes for it. IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL PERSON, PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER SCHOOLS.

I had the pleasure to be trained by Danica for the nail course. She is very friendly, helpful, patient and professional. I could actually say the same about the other staff in the institution.The only downside is the course length, i think it should be slightly longer maybe over 3-4days instead of two for the nail art and extensions.I will still recommend riva for training to others.

I took the 9 hour course of basic facial in Riva and I am happy that I took the class with them. The experience that I had during the class was very informative and so as in practical session. With Riva, they have live models where in you have a chance to practice what you learned. And Ms. Khadija (instructor) is a good mentor, who guides and give pointers on learning basic facial and practicing it. Along with practical session, Dr. Pinky, who gives a brief but sufficient teachings on theory. Her teachings made it more sense along with practicals. Also, I am happy with the service of Samir, who took time to explained the course offered by Riva Institute. He arranged my class schedule according to my preference. From organizing of my class to theory and practical and certificate, it was arranged smoothly and was easy to learn. It was worthy time spent! ;)
