I’m new on microblading its like learning from A-Z! When i was looking for school to learn online there was a lot of choices but i choose biotouch.ae. This is going to be long but its worth it to read.On the first day of our training, The moment our trainor came inside the training facility, i already felt her strong aura. I remember what she said “do not ask question while i am discussing because we only have 3 days of training and we have a lot of things to discuss”! In my mind it was like how are we going to learn if she is not going to allow us to ask question!As the training goes by i finally understood her statement during the first day of training. When we were younger and we are just starting to go to school we listen attentively to our teachers with no questions because we are afraid to get scolded or maybe we are afraid that we don’t know the answer when our teacher ask a question. That is her way of teaching and that is the way of learning we need to listen. If you wanna learn put your brain into zero information sink in as much as new information as you can.Her name is TRAINER ZHANNA. That is how she train her students for her you need to listen first for you to understand then you can ask question. She want’s her student to finish there training in a way that they will be proud of there self.She is firm, she scolds us and scream at us during the training but that is her way of teaching for us to learn. I myself experience that everyday during our training sometimes i even get annoyed, but i learned a lot. Its like i hate her and i love her at the same time.“she will not let her student go out of the training center without them learning it in a proper way”. On the last day of our training i ask her if she will be there for us even if our training is done! Her answer was i will be there 24/7 until you are confident of your self. Thank you teacher ZHANNA.

I had my training with the best teacher Zhanna last 2 years ago and it was an amazing experience.She never hesitate to extend extra time or extraordinary efforts just to give you the information you need whenever you miss something to understand. I am more than happy that I was trained by her. I am still in contact with her even after 2 years of the course and she never resist on helping.I was working in other training company and never ever saw some trainers who stay more than her timing just to make sure you understands what you need to know. Her dedication to this industry is beyond extraordinary.Language is also not a hindrance since she speak Arabic, Russian and English. I Love her very much (Zhanna).

Firstly Im writing this from my husbands gmail account because I dont have one and I felt it was my responsibility to warn the public about this sham company.Firstly I was set to do my training with bio touch for microblading this Sunday just gone, having travelled from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to be there for 12pm. During my journey I realised I was running late so I informed the companies owner James who by the way is a lovely guy that I would be delayed slightly. The manager informed me that this was fine and to take my time, unfortunately being based of sheikh payed road it was very hard to find parking which delayed me till 12.30.Arriving late I rushed upstairs paid my money which was 5040 dhs and was ushered into a classroom, which is when I met my teacher I dont remember her name partially because she didnt bother to introduce herself, I apologised for being late and sat down.Thats when everything went wrong!The women firstly decided to teach me about consent forms which need to be signed. I asked if it was possible to ask questions throughout the course which she replied yes, I then went on to ask questions which I was then told to wait later to ask these questions.She then wouldnt let me write notes for me to learn basic information and was very impatient when I asked her to explain something in better detail to me.The women constantly shouted at her co workers to come into the room and to show us unrelated micro blading topics, she then told her assistant to bring in a EYELASH kit and then went on to tell us further information about courses then did for eyelashes. At this point not only was I confused but annoyed as I wanted to start learning basic micro blading information and was being taught in a manner that was not professional.The teacher spent more time talking about her own career and how we would need to come back for further courses and and other courses the company had to offer. After being there for 30 mins I had asked a question thats when the teacher rudely interrupted me and we ended up arguing because I felt upset with the disrespect she had shown me and the other student from the time we both stepped into the room. she had mentioned how I had been late and they was waiting since 11.30 even though the class started at 12.00. What was disturbing was the fact that she also called students who hadnt showed, and was complaining on the phone of to where the client was, almost getting angry about the situation.She was a very rude unprofessional and a impolite women and I generally think Biotouch should re think her presence in the company especially as the manger who messaged me after to justify the teachers actions by saying is known to be bad tempered. You do not treat students who are paying you 5000 dhs with the disrespect and rudeness that she showed the class, I honestly felt I was back in high school with the way she spoke throughout the training.I got a refund instantly, and an apology from James but the reason for this long review is so NOBDOY gets scammed for this fraudulent company you will not learn micro blading in a professional environment here.

Getting trained in microblading and SPMU by zhanna is awesome! She is a good teacher, strict but always wants the best from her students. Is super funny. Class is fun! You should definitely consider coming here and learning from her, if you want to be trained in microblading and SPMU

I had training in biotouch school and with the same teacher Jana it was very good school honestly and Jana she was amazing she teach us very well even after graduation she’s always there if we need help or any questions or if we need practice regarding what she teaches us , everyone has his own opinion but with my experience with different nationality’s and every where in the world nothing to say against this school or the teacher it’s five stars service in warm environment, thank you Jana .

The teacher who gave us the course was rude, tasteless, respectful, barbaric, poorly trained and communicated. Not to accept questions and emotions for no reason to everyone, whether pupils or staff with her and unfortunately she is the manager of the place as well ...I only benefited from the basic information and had a very difficult time absorbing it because the teacher dealt with the very provocative silver.I took several courses for more than 15 thousand dirhams .. I contacted the manager about this problem I just want respect and soon I called this teacher to say Oh accept the situation or take your money and this is my style of fun change him ..!I completed the courses for them because I was traveling to Dubai for these courses and my time was limited.I do not recommend it was never a bad experience and bitter and the worst course and teacher encountered in my life ... I ask the company to reconsider recruiting ....... !!!The teacher who gave us the course was rude, disrespectful, poorly trained and communicated.
