Worst service ever!!!!!! If ur thinking to come here, DONT! Receptionist was so rude i came at 1 they close at 3 she said ur here too late. I have 2 hours!! The people by the desk all went to lunch break at 2 pm so one hour before closing??? Thats not a lunch break thats leaving one hour before you should. They are not even apologetic and just want to make your life harder! “Counter service” wasnt working. So disgusted with the rudeness and lack of organization here.

I have visited this place to fill visa application form.Procedure was simple and helpful.Visa application staff Mr Thajuddin treated me well but receptionist man don’t know how to welcome customers and his attitude was rude and very unprofessional. I was very disappointed ☹️

Poor knowledge of visa process with applying wrong format. especially an agent called Anzil who also refuse to give you his adviser phone number. . do not provide soft copies of your applications. you need to go to them for each modification. and yet very expensive for the poor service you get. costed me 620 AED and delayed the visa submission.

Front desk indian guy dnt know how to behave and how to speak directly and even through phone.Really sorry to say,one is more than enough to spoil an institution.Visa services are good and fair prize as well.Someone should take this review in to consideration and guide this person for chaning his attitude plzbcz i went to vega for applying to uk,us,czech,and italy..But this guy have the same attitude.And today i just called vega for russian visa and the same guy is talking in a manner same like i done some mistakes to him.I am informing this here,bcz i like vega

People have to wait for more than 1.5 hours even if there is only 1 people before them. Employees are leaving office before 3pm on Saturday even if there are customers.
