I’ve reached out to this typing center to update the number linked to my EID. They were not able to do it. Therefore, I requested for a refund. It’s been 10 days. I keep following up thru WhatsApp & phone call. It’s either the staff will not reply, or he will just make excuses over the phone.

Paid for processing my new born songs visa, Emirates ID & medical insurance in this place in February, and in July my son got sick and submitted the medical insurance to hospital where he got treated and they informed insurance is invalid and its suspended due to error made by this typing center, I ended up paying over 1000 dirhams to hospital, when I approached them, they asked me to pay for another medical insurance policy which totally unacceptable. Please be careful their only excuse is that the staff who processes my documents is no longer working with them. I will definitely make complain to dubai economy about this typing center..

They do not know anything about Occupational Health Card typing though they said they knew..most other typing applications are being done through another agency

Terrible service. Had applied for wifes visa and paid fees for 24 hrs and got visa only after 48 hrs after they gave me numerous excuses and reasons for delay. My Emirates id was not returned to me and I was told to pick it from their office the next day. When I went next day they could not find it and daily I ask for my Emirates ID and I get no response or more excuses.Save your time and money, they are only experts in making excuses.
