Arrived, said I want to cancel maids visa,was given a token and sat down. 40 minutes later after watching about 6 agents that were free, doing nothing and on their mobiles I was finally served. Not once did anyone care to ask or check. After finally being served “sorry, we do not cancel maids visa here”. Furious.Edit in reply to below response: I DID experience this at YOUR Amer centre if you would take the time to read the review properly and that was my point EXACTLY. I specifically asked to cancel MAID visa and was given the ticket! It also most definitely was YOUR Amer where I spent 40 minutes watching about 6 agents that were free, doing nothing and on their mobiles until I was finally served. Your care in reading is as careless as your staff.

Very very bad service, yes they dont care about others time and think we have all the day to sit there. Very unorganized center, nothing in place, nothing in sequence. The owner has to shut it down for sometime, fix the bugs and reopen with some good and knowledgeable staff, who can work fast, avoiding long wait time.

Good for family and maids visas, Shivani Tangri especially is super nice, attentive and efficient. She guided me through the process and was always very responsive.They collect documents from your location and are fast.

At Arabian Business Center,the staff is very professional, helpful and very competent. The valet parking is very convenient. Amazing customer service and follow up. They have free Valet parking too. I was asked for document correction post submission. I sent Whatsapp to help desk with the copy of document. She helped me to upload it again without me visiting the center. I recommend this Amer center out of all others for any service. Good luck.

TO THE MANAGER...are you the building just past the Shangri-La on the bend of the service road on SZ Road. Does Shana work in your building? If the answer to both is yes then I am not surprised you cannot find my application, this is the madness I have been dealing with! If the answer is No then I apologise and will remove the post...I see all the 5 star reviews and feel I must be the unluckiest man on the planet. My daughters residence visa was rejected twice but AMER could not give me a reason and kept resubmitting. In the end I went to the airport and spoke to the Terminal 3 Immigration Customer Centre staff who fixed it in five minutes. I still do not have my daughters UAE ID card and was told it would be quicker if I go to the post office and collect it myself which kind of defeats the object of using AMER in the first place. On a separate note, I had an issue with my sons re-entry visa and as the website for GDRFA stated they were using AMER as their help centre I asked AMER for their advice. I was told I could try going to Manara Centre so I went there, sat down for 75 minutes , to be told they could do nothing to help. Luckily, the man at the Manara centre told me to go to T3 where they fixed both the re-entry permit for my son and the residence visa for my daughter. So in effect I am the one who has done all the running around despite hiring a service centre like AMER to help. I now have to go to AMER (for the 8th time) to collect my daughters passport and my UAE ID card because they only have one driver! Lesson learned, sometimes quicker to do things yourself

Very responsive Team. I have received emirates id of my family within a reasonable price and services are very good. They collect & deliver the documents as well for Free.

All the staff (whoever I have deal with) are very professional and polite. Specially, Ms. Shivani, Receptionist (sorry did not notice her name) and the lady who did my task (sorry did not notice her name) are really helpful.Thank to all of them.

Mrs Fida was extremely professional and very helpful. She is a prime example of providing excellet customer experience and will continue using Amer services in this branch because of her customer centric approach.Amer should hire more staff like her.

I just want a copy of my labour contract info and they are charging me more than what is supposed to be charge.i dont know why this center is charging 20aed instead of 5aed and they even bargain to 10aed,haha!(I got the appt online which says u have to pay only maximum 5aed) when I spoke to the person he said if you dont like just try other center which I really felt bad. I went to amer muteena and they just charge me 5aed.I know its just a small amount but atleast they should have atleast good customer service and they should be organize. improve your customer service!

They have both Amer and Tasheel services , So it was more convenient for me to process my marriage certificate attestation and family visa processing.The best thing is they are providing the documents pickup services as well.

Location, easy assess, parking availability, good and spacious interiors, friendly and professional staff makes this a great place.
